This is my favorite fast food restaurant chain by far so I’m super biased. Parking is behind it and I’m sure some days it’s pretty tight. It’s quite big inside. I’ve not seen one with this layout so that was fun. It’s the same food and very fast service. It was clean. The restrooms were clean. So tasty. And quite healthy. I love that you can easily calculate calories on their website. And compared to most fast food places, it is cheaper. This place is a win. You won’t regret it.

I usually enjoy ordering from this place, but today I found a hair in my food, which was really disappointing. It was clearly embedded near the bottom of the bowl, which made it feel like a cleanliness issue during preparation. I ended up having to throw the rest away. Hoping this was just a one-time mistake, but definitely made me question the hygiene standards.

Every time I come to this location specifically the service is the worst. They have the worst attitudes & it makes me so uncomfortable that I go out of my way to go to the Edina location just to avoid their vibes ruining my day ! Tonight I tried one last time because I literally live 2 blocks away & again the girls in the front have ugly attitudes & it’s always a hassle to get a simple side of vingrette without them snapping their eyes. No receipt ever either I stopped by at approximately 10pm . I work food service too & I know how the end of the nights are but y’all still had a whole hour before closing & a half hour before they can start any preclose so that’s really no excuse! Also the chicken was overly salty & I didn’t ask for cheese but she threw it on their anyways I didn’t feel like arguing over a bowl so I let it go but it truly ruined my appetite & I couldn’t even finish my food tonight after my long day at work TOO ! So sad & so unprofessional zero stars if I could !!

Got guac on guac day and it was about 2-3 days old, browning, and tasted terrible. I also ordered a double portion of chicken and only got 7 little pieces of chicken. Every time I give chipotle a chance, I end up disappointed.

Ordered two burritos through the app using rewards points for one. My burrito (the least expensive, thus the rewards points one) was half the size of normal. Very little filling and so much excess tortilla at the ends I had to unroll it. I had to eat it with a fork anyway since the top had a huge hole on it The other burrito was smaller than usual too, tho not nearly as small as mine. I usually eat half and save the rest for later, this was like a half.
Also through rewards it said I could get a free order of chips but it wouldn’t work to add it. It said I could scan it in the store, not going to wait in line for $2 worth of chips when my order is pickup. Not finding rewards to be very rewarding.

Never otder online you will get rice and beans only. If your lucky maybe you get 3 piece of chicken or steak lol but lots of rice. I am guessing delivery is also like that.

Terrible manager. Place was closing. I asked for a side of meat on keto diet. They put in little cup. lady tried to charge for double. This place is terribly run. It was dirty. It really puts a bad name on chipotle. Please get new management in there. The guys in the line were really trying to do their best and serve the customers. I think she must take the food home. It’s the only reason I could see why she was acting like that.

Well I thought I had gone to a better quality Chipotle than the one in Bloomington on France and Old Shakopee (consistently the worst) but no, they can’t even give my kid the amount of food I am paying for. My kids always get the Build your own Tacos. You get one tray of protein. I asked for carnitas and they only filled half the tray. So I asked them to put the rest in there and they said they could only give 2 tiny little tongs of meat. I am continuously disappointed by Chipotle and if I could convince my kids to stop wanting it I’m not sure I would ever eat there again.
