Came in here after a funeral service with my family and immediately felt like a burden to the lady at the register. Her name started with a D.
We started ordering and sensed attitude from her. One of the drinks did not have the option for iced and she just kept repeating “it’s not letting me put it in as iced” ….and offered NO SOLUTION. She just sounded annoyed and wanted us to hurry and finish ordering. Just insensitive as hell.
Anyways we figured out everyone’s order. The drinks were good but again, CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS.
Will not be returning here.
The bacon, sausage egg and cheese wrap was poorly made. And this is the second time I received a cheese danish that was cold.
Also, I had to request a bag for my items. I never have to do that when I visit early morning.
Note to self, again, never come here after 11 AM. Actually, it might be safer before 10.
She forgot to take payment , and rudely in the end said “thank youuuu”, like indicating us to leave. We’re like we need to pay (honest people), and instead of saying oh , or sorry, or even thanks for reminding- she rolled her eyes, took the machine out,?/!; said here …. We’re like.. should have just left. lol
Wasn’t greeted at all. Tried to tap pay like always, wasn’t working, machine wouldn’t even acknowledge card. The woman at window just stared at me and didn’t try to do anything to help fix it. So paid with app that doesn’t work half the time either. Was handed my drink and knew instantly it was wrong. Been ordering the same drink for years. Took a quick sip and sure enough it was burnt. Told her it was burnt and needed new one please. She looked at me like I was crazy and questioned me on it and turned around and asked another employee to remake bc it was “too dark”. They both then rolled their eyes. Waited for new drink and when she handed it to me and I said thank you she said “uh huh” and wouldnt even look at me. So so rude!! This same woman is always rude at the window. I don’t understand why she is still there.
Only for me to pull away and my coffee was still burnt/wrong and to find out my chocolate croissant was cold and tasted like I was eating a candy bar inside it. Prices for coffee here is way too much to deal with customer service like this. They use to be so great a year ago and gone downhill. I can’t wait for the 7brew to open.
Today I went for my usual quick coffee run while my child was in therapy. I get one drink from Starbucks – brown sugar shaken espresso. I ordered a grande after waiting in the long drive thru. Only to take a few sips as I drove away and realizing that they actually just gave me a regular oatmilk shaken espresso with no brown sugar. I turned around, parked, took my two year old and coffee inside and the cashier (long dark hair, taller girl) unenthusiastically asked me what she could help me with. I told her about my drink and that I don’t want them to have to remake it. I asked if she could just give me the syrup and I’ll pour it into my drink. Instead of believing there could have been a mistake made on their end, she chose to educate me on how a brown sugar espresso is made with only two pumps of syrup. I explained I knew that but there is nothing in my drink. She then continued on to ask me if I’ve ever had one to which I replied, yes it’s the drink I get almost every day. She hesitantly came back with two pumps. No apologies on Starbucks behalf, no accountability. Just attitude. Like it’s a crime for me to politely ask that my $7 medium sized drink have the right basic ingredients. I completely understand mistakes and this is not a review about the baristas making mistakes, it’s about the attitude of certain staff.
This location also randomly closes and leaves mobile ordering open. In turn having to call Starbucks and get a credit to your mobile account.
The girls at the window are always sweet though.
I went to Ellianos when they randomly closed and although they don’t offer brown sugar shaken espresso’s they made me their version and they were cheerful and helpful. The Starbucks cashier could take a lesson from them.
