I love McDonald’s but y’all need to get it together. Your ice cream machine is never working. My son loves y’all ice cream but every time we go which is almost everyday the ice cream machine is never working or they are telling people it’s not working because they don’t want to clean it at night

Overall, the restaurant is mostly clean with flowers in McDonald’s coffee cups everywhere which was a nice touch. Very fall festive, which we like. The food was hot and delicious for McDonalds. And the server who brought us our food was super helpful and kind. Overall, really great experience for 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a week day.

I truly loved this McDonald’s. I took my daughter and her friends there before they went to Six Flags. I wish I had gotten the young man name before we left but he was so kind and honest with me on ordering for 6 people. He even saved me almost $9 on a $30 dollar meal just by downloading the app. He really took the time to help. I think I will drive back to the other side of Maryland just to get his name and write to the corporate office. He truly deserve to be recognized.

I’ve only used the drive-through window, and it’s a highly efficient operation. Their customer service staff is so friendly. Always smiling with a pleasant disposition. This location (Central Avenue and Brightseat Road) is the ONLY McDonald’s I will go to.

Nuggets taste old. Asked for a caramel ice coffee and received a coke with no ice. Attention to detail is a must in customer service. Forgot the fries and was told to pay an extra $1.59 for the ice coffee, which I thought was in my complete order as charged. Frowns on the employees’ faces said enough as if I was wrong. Don’t even drink soda, so make it make sense. Shout out to the morning crew as I never have a problem with them.

The service is excellent . My only true issue….. as I watched my meal being prepared i noticed the cashier accept money place it in the register then wiped his hand on his pants and prepared fries. Nobody uses gloves. I watched for awhile. No gloves. I don’t mind ppl outside asking for food or money. Outside of that go for it. The ppl working there are very very polite to all . Sorry if this doesn’t help. My experience alone. Might be different when you go. Lmk

Yooo why does it look like my sandwich was dropped on the floor and still bagged then drive thru is slow as hell If you do doordash good luck waiting on that order you’ll lose money before you get it this is insane then my other sandwich got a finger print in it im sorry I thought this was a restaurant not jail yall are the worst McDonald’s location this is sickening and I will be reporting this gosh bad service bad quality just close down shop
