Honestly, I don’t really write reviews to places but I just think this place deserves some type of credit. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle in Haddonfield (near Cherry Hill) for about 4 years, ever since I was at Rutgers, and I can confidently say this is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. For context: I’ve been eating Chipotle since 2011, was a founding member of the app, and as a former college and club soccer player, I’ve eaten at Chipotles all over the country and easily 80+ locations. I know what a good Chipotle looks like. Yes, back in the day the burritos were massive and double meat + double wrap was basically free. Prices have gone up over the years to keep up with inflation and the market, and I completely understand that. What matters is value and consistency and this location delivers every single time. The food here is unreal for a fast-casual spot: Rice is always cooked perfectly, Chicken and steak everything is consistently on point, Never out of chips, and Open until 11pm (huge win). But what really separates this location is the customer service. The staff is next level. They remember your order (granted I go 2 times a week), the place is always clean, tables are wiped down, trash cans are never overflowing, and most importantly they look out for you. You never get those tiny, measured-to-the-grain scoops you see all over Twitter, Instagram, or in person. It’s always just enough or more than enough, the way Chipotle is supposed to be. Honestly, this Chipotle sets the standard. If every location ran like this one, people wouldn’t complain about Chipotle at all. Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to hands down.

We were really disappointed with the quality of everything. Everything was to go. We spent over $50 and the quality to what we got was incredibly disappointing.
We got the queso and large chips for an extra $9 and the queso was congealed and gross. It was not good at all. We threw most of it away.
The bowl my husband got was not really good. The proportion was a lot smaller than we remember it being years ago and the quality of the food was down.
I ate all of my tacos mostly because I was just that hungry but they weren’t that great either. The sour cream was bunched in them and not spread around. It made the hard tacos soggy where the sour cream was. The two kids meals we got were ok. We liked how the ingredients were separated and set up. The price of those were decent for what they got too.
Overall we were disappointed and we don’t think it would be worth it to go back based on what we paid to what we got.

I just had the best experience at a chipotle ever. Huge shoutout to Angel at this location. I was in a hurry to get back to work and accidentally ordered to the wrong location. He was able to help me out. The sweetest person ever.

Went here today for lunch. Ordered a burrito. With Guacamole. The guacamole was scoop in a big pile in the middle of the burrito. So I asked to mix it a little just so I wasn’t eating a huge bite of only guacamole at some point. The dude behind the register yells “we don’t do that here” the girl actually making the burrito stands there awkwardly obviously uncomfortable cause that was weird. I say “ok nevermind” walk out.
Asking for a burrito to get mixed isn’t some outrageous request for a $14 burrito. RIDICULOUS

This location is atrocious. I visited today, and the whole staff is a mess. I didn’t mind waiting, in line, but you could tell that other 20-25 people (that’s right. 20-25 people were waiting in the store for mobile or in person orders) weren’t happy. Not only did the staff seem very lackadaisical, but also their idea of one portion is absurd. I could still see the bottom of my bowl. When I mentioned that the meal was sparse, I received a snooty answer back. I still requested more, and once the girl came back with my food, she left it on the counter and walked away…I probably stood there for a good 2 minutes until another worker came up to me and asked how I could be helped. I stated I wanted to pay for my food….the total came to $13.11! I paid $13.11 for a barely half filled burrito bowl. I won’t be returning to this location!

It’s fine, a normal chipotle. But this chip portion is not cool.

Fast and to the point service. Sometime can be faster than drive thru fast food. Plus better quality food with healthier options. Nice staff. They have a system and it works!!

It’s always nice when u wander into a random chipotle and it’s exactly what u want it to be:
Good cuts of meat, fresh Guacamole, and ideally a lack of misery in the air.
Good customer service, good food, good music.

Terrible Portions ,The line was dirty , The one worker that looked like he was lgbqt was super super rude i really could’ve violated him for the way he was talking to me and mind you he gave the people infront of me free bowls and chips and didn’t even ring it up. He wrapped the burritos with dirty gloves and didn’t wash his hands.

The atmosphere and dining area were relatively clean and organized. The reason for my review is the service. For some reason, everyone was just very rude and unprofessional today. I understand this job isn’t very exciting, but as soon as I walked in, all the workers already looked very annoyed. It wasn’t close to closing or anything, and there were some other people there, but the workers were very rude and unpleasant. Two of the girls working there were whispering and staring at others eating while i was waiting for my order to be taken. Once I started ordering, they kept speaking under their breath to each other and glaring at me. I had to repeat my order multiple times and when I politely tried to ask for something that I’d asked for previously that had been missed, they rolled their eyes and acted very bothered. I normally love the food here, but my portion was very very small and not up to the usual standards. I really do love this restaurant and was just a bit disappointed.
