I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso, it came out not even shaken nor brown sugar. Why needs shaken? Because when shaken, it will brings out the creaminess , don’t they already know? I came back to tell them, then the lady poured me a cup of brown sugar and told me just pour it in the drink myself, they can’t take it back there because it contaminated. Great job.

As a regular at the Hagerstown Dunkin, I’ve noticed the quality has really slipped lately. The coffee doesn’t taste as fresh as it used to, and the donuts and sandwiches often seem a bit rushed or stale by the time I get them. I’ve been coming here for years because it used to have that dependable Dunkin charm — friendly service, good coffee, and a few seasonal surprises to look forward to. Lately, though, it feels like the fall spirit is missing. I was hoping to see more cozy, autumn-inspired options on the menu this year — maybe some new pumpkin or maple drinks, or at least more baked fall treats. It’s still a convenient stop on my way to work, but I really hope Dunkin brings back that warm, seasonal vibe and the consistent quality that made this place my go-to coffee spot.

Went here this morning to spend my hard earned money and ordered an iced vanilla chai latte as well as other things. Before I even finalized my order I mentioned if they could make the chai latte with almond milk. I even apologized for not mentioning it when I first said the vanilla chai latte. Again I didn’t even finalize the order and was told “well we already made it” I said well can it be remade and was told “yeah just let us know next time” that’s when I started to get confused because I’m like I didn’t even finalize my order yet and so what if it was already made if I’m asking for a substitution due to a possible allergy it should be accommodated. Then a woman takes over the mike and says yeah we start making it as soon as you start talking…..ummm okay. That’s when I canceled the whole order and drove elsewhere because the right thing to do was to just okay especially if my order was not even finalized for you to just start making it. Then to be told well we already made it as if I’m just gonna be like yeah since it was already made let me just take it. Do better Dunkin on dual highway

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my visit to Dunkin this morning warrants one. I was in the drive thru, and the employee was only waiting on one car at a time, meaning you ordered, paid then she would take the next car in line to order. Once I made it to the employee, she told me my order was 13.00 for a Large Refresher and 10 munchkins. I said, no, my order should only be around 7.00 and some change. (I was comparing it to the Oak Ridge location) Right away she got super defensive. Another employee came over and said that no, I didn’t want the munchkins in the tin. So, she was obviously trying to over- charge me for something that I did not ask for. The defensive employee kept saying something like you lie…you lie…I will NEVER spend another dime at this location. As a business owner, I would not want to have an employee treat my customers like this at any point. This is totally not acceptable. If Dunkin wants to keep loyal customers, they need to address staffing attitude and operational efficiency.

This Dunkin Donuts is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house but from here on out I will go out of my way just to get food that is hot and employees who don’t argue with me. It’s always something wrong every single time I come here. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place just straight up sucks. They need to hire all new employees because the one working here are losing the franchise money. If I was the owner I would get on my employees because they are losing the business money. I wonder how many other people stopped going to this place because of the terrible service. If you read through the reviews it looks like a lot. Tighten up Dunkin!!

Every time i order from here they mess up my order. When you ask for no sugar they will add extra sugar in your drinks and when you ask for 2 sugar they will make your drink with no sugar at all. It has happened to me multiple times at this location. More than half the staff doesn’t understand english so you’re better off going to a different location.

They suck. Slow and always mess something up. I don’t think they know what a hot coffee is. Only warm coffee. Go the the dunkin on Profesional Blvd. It’s a little further but you’ll probably end up saving time.

The web site said open – but the door was locked and when we called them, they hung up on us. It was after 5am, and the website did not specify only drive through was open, it said OPEN. A simple explanation would have sufficed. She even saw us at the door and turned her back to us. I will never recommend this Dunkin to travelers.
