HORRIBLE. 5 minutes to get seated, 10 minutes to get drinks, 20 minutes to order our food, 30 minutes to get the food, 10 minutes for napkins and 10 minutes for get the check and 10 minutes to get it back!! AND THEY WEREN’T BUSY. The food sucked, was cold in 5 minutes. Everything was super greasy and tasted like it all came from a freezer. I have 2 little kids and for being kid friendly it 100% was not. Everything was dirty. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. It wasn’t cheap either. 60$ for 2 meals and a kids meal plus drinks. We will never go back. I hope they close. I’d rather eat at truck stop next to the men’s bathroom on a hot day.

Tonight I went in to have dessert with my family. I am from out of state visiting my daughter. We ordered in the front with no idea that we could not sit in the diner. My disappointment comes from being rudely confronted and told to move. The diner was empty and just uncalled for. We will not be back. Very upset as we were all adults.

It was perfectly warm and cozy. The music was not too loud or offensive. The food is AMAZING! I LOVE THE COOKS!
The waitresses are lovely, they’re friendly and accommodating and patient.
They work so hard for us and I appreciate them.
I also believe the cooks need more credit because they do an amazing job making delicious food for us.
Also, the managers deserve credit for running a smooth flowing establishment and giving everyone a nice experience.

This is my local Friendly’s restaurant. I drive from Boston just to eat here because it is a classic reminder of the restaurant from my childhood. I’ve brought friends and family here to eat. The kids love it. Staff is attentive and the food was great. Would dine here again!

Busiest Friendly’s I’ve been to in at least 15 years, but for good reason. There was a bit of a wait because of this but not unreasonable. The service was excellent. The wait staff seemed to always be moving and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and was well plated and cooked. Drink refills were quickly provided as well. All the hallmarks of a well run kitchen. The dining room was clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. If all Friendly’s were run like this, they would be thriving. If you are in the mood for a quick meal and ice cream and tired of fast food, this is a good place to go.

I spent about 130$ for them to miss a whole mean and 30$ worth of ice cream for them to tell me to take it up.woth door dash lol. The food honestly tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Maybe even days.

Jessie our server was absolutely delightful!! she was very accommodating made fresh coffee
And when we asked for a hamburger without a bun and in a bowl with the lettuce and tomato and to add some mashed potatoes, it came out perfect
You also may want to try the beef barley soup!
They had a picture that’s kind of funny. I think you should take it back and get me a local cause. I was still trying to figure out if I like it or not. Oh, that was nice.
