A bit subpar Culver’s experience. Had lunch indoors with few customers and quite a bit of drive through business. Dining area was a bit messy however bring cleaned up slowly. The whole staff were noisy with side conversations not tied to work. Food delivery was the slowest of all of Culver’s experience. Place could use better supervision to speed up the process and customer experience. Food was great as usual.

I’m very disappointed, and honestly it hurts to write this because I’ve visited this restaurant in the past and received great service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience tonight.
When I walked in around 8:45 p.m. on Friday night, there was no greeting at the door. Several staff members were standing around as if they had nothing to do. One employee was standing in front of the counter texting on her phone. The young woman who took my order barely made eye contact and mumbled so much that I had to ask her two or three times to repeat herself. There was no welcome, no offer to assist — nothing.
What made it more disappointing is that I’ve had great service here before. The contrast was noticeable.
The manager appeared to be the only person actively working — handling orders and doing tasks that I would have expected the rest of the team to help with. I actually felt bad watching her try to manage everything while others stood idle.
I ordered a sandwich, fries, and an ice cream. The ice cream was melted and more like soup by the time I received it. I chose not to complain; I simply paid and left, but I left feeling that it may be my last visit to this location.
I’m not writing this to get anyone in trouble. I even took photos of the staff standing around while the manager worked, but I refuse to post them publicly because that’s not my intention. I genuinely hope the owner reads this and takes the time to look into what’s happening. Something has changed over my last two visits, and the service quality has declined significantly.
I’m only comparing this experience to the excellent service I previously received here. I hope the culture can return to what it once was.

I ordered at 9:30pm. I got my food at 9:47pm. I ordered 3 meals 2 burger meals and a tender meal. We requested everything no tomato extra mustard no ketchup. There was no extra items, tomatoes were on both and no lettuce. The fries were even full. All the meals were cold. Our drinks were a seltzer water. No Soda! It was a waste of time and money. I called the store at 10:01 when I got home. The manager refused to get on the phone and told the clerk to advise me to call back in the morning to speak with Danidra Murry the Manager to replace all 3 meals. Bad service and terrible customer service/management skills. If you go here I have had better service in the lunch or before that rush. This is the 1st and last time for this location.
Spoke with the manager Murry and she refused to fix the food or replace it. She refused to let me speak to a higher manager. If I could give them a Zero, I would. Go to Tinley Park or Orland Park this store is Ignorant!!

I support this Culver’s 100%. I don’t know many businesses where the owner still works there and always have a positive attitude while doing so. She DOESN’T advertise being the owner either might I add.I’ve been here several times and the food has been great as well. Today took the cake with great customer service. Thanks again for my duck

Never cared for fish, but now enjoy Culver’s fish. But explain to me why if you order a 3 piece fish dinner they only give you 1-2ounze cup of Tarter Sauce!? If I get a 2 piece dinner, I also only get 2oz.cup. My T-sauce ratio is better with a 2 piece, maybe that’s all I should order from now on. Or, give each customer 2-2oz cups & stop being so cheap!! Yes, I’ve even asked & paid for an extra, but it doesn’t always get in the togo bag. Com’on I just recently answered a survey name Culver’s as my favorite go-to fast food…, and they weren’t even in the list to select from, I added them. Don’t let me down, Jake this simple change & please not only this customer, but probably many, many more!!

I just had a horrible, frustrating and disappointing experience tonight at Matteson Culver’s .I ordered two simple S and M snickers concrete mixers .Normally they pass an order like that at the drive thru window .If they’re backed up I’ll be asked to pull ahead and someone would come out shortly after with my order .Tonight I ordered my ice cream at 639p.I watched everyone behind me and on the side of me who came AFTER me get their orders (some had ice cream orders).I saw someone get their orders passed through at the drive thru window.Finally I stopped the young lady that was passing out orders.I knew it was not her fault but I told her how long I had been waiting and I said I wanted my small and medium concrete mixers to be upgraded in size when they come out for the inconvenience .She apologized and said she was new .I told her it wasn’t her fault .She told me she would let them know and it’ll be right out.This was at 650p.I saw some more confused workers come out to assist to pass out food ,going up to the wrong windows .What appeared to be the manager came out to guide them.STILL NO ICE CREAM !I saw the girl I complained to come out and pass out food to more cars behind me and the guy who originally took my order come out with one concrete mixer and passed it to the car behind me! Finally at 7p the girl came out with my order.No size upgrade was provided for my long, inconvenient wait.I had all of my children in the car hence the reason I went through drive thru.Otherwise I would’ve been inside to complain .The service is horrendous and I am a loyal customer for years at this location .

Update: I want to provide this much needed update on service recovery from the owner Dawn Murray.She personally called me to discuss my encounter that left me dissatisfied and she rectified the situation.She was very kind and personable and I did tell her that she retained a customer .I have been coming to this location for over a decade because of the quality of food and service .I want to thank her for taking the time out to look into my concerns from my isolated incident .Customer service means a lot to me .Good job Dawn!

I ordered the mushrooms and Swiss burger with fries a cheese cup and a drink. The fries and cheese cup is always a hit. The cheese is always nice and hot. The food in general is always fresh and no complaints. Culver’s is one of the most polite and quick fast food places.

I’m a fan. Their burgers are so fire! That butter bun and melted cheese. The double cheeseburger are my favorite. I really like the fact that they bring the food out to the customers. Most fast food restaurants don’t do that. The prices a higher than usual. 28.00 for two double cheeseburgers meals. You do get free refills.

My favorite burger chain by far. Freshness is key in their food and it shows. Customer service always on point and food is always good. Better than five guys in my humble opinion. And try the spicy chicken sandwich, just add cheese and mayo. It is honestly one of the best chicken sandwiches out there.
