I used to go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell because they were the best but after messing up my order last couple times I’ve been there and no response through email I guess I have to give a bad review. My sister is highly allergic to lettuce and I ordered hers without lettuce but the past couple times we’ve been there they mess it up and put lettuce on everything. This is unacceptable to someone that could have a bad allergic reaction to something not made right. Taco Bell you need to be more aware of these situations and do your best to get orders right.

This was my go to taco bell! One night it was raining so bad and I was very hungry so i just walked there, and then the staff was shocked to see me and told me how did i get in, well because you left the door open! And the staff is so rude, the women are so arrogant and there’s this old man working he is very arrogant! I even told i just wanna do pick up but they were like noooo. Just leave. I mean okayyyy. The most arrogant and rude staff of taco bell i came across. They really need a better stafff!!!!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE…. I ordered a plain cheese quesadilla from here in the drive thru for my child and they put the jalapeño sauce on it which is too spicy for my 2 year old. So I go back through the drive thru and they say they will make it right. Well I pull up to the window and they tell me that because I didn’t say that I didn’t want the jalapeño sauce on the plain cheese quesadilla they can’t remake it for me. I showed them that my son did not eat the first quesadilla and even offered to give it back!!! Then they proceeded to tell me that if I want it made the correct way, I have to pay for another quesadilla!!!! Absolutely CRAZY. Zero stars if I could.

I am changing my review to a 1 star. I don’t know how much more they could mess up an order. For starters, there was no beef. We asked if we would be up charged, and we were told no. Upon our receipt, we were up charged for everything we bought. They asked us to pull around. They didn’t give us our drinks. We had to drive back to get our drinks. They didn’t have baja blast, which was never said to us that they were out. But they did have the frozen version. We ordered and paid for 2 large baja blasts but received 2 medium frozen ones. We ordered a cheezit crunch wrap supreme and got a tostada in a box. Not what we ordered. Didn’t even get my chips to my meal pack. Seems as if the manager took an early vacation, and it is we will give you whatever we want. Like, come on, get it right. At that point, they were purposely messing up orders as when we went into the store to get our drinks, there were 4 other people in there getting their messed up orders fixed.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location and was disappointed with my experience. The posted hours stated that the dining room would be open until 10:00 PM, but it was locked well before that time, preventing customers from dining in or placing an order inside. Unfortunately, my vehicle could not go through the drive-thru, which left me unable to order at all and forced me to find another place to eat. The staff did not seem concerned about the early closure or the inconvenience it caused. Clear communication of actual operating hours and adherence to posted times would greatly improve the customer experience.

I ordered 5 hard tacos. 2 had next to no lettuce and cheese, and one taco had next to nothing on it. No cheese or lettuce, not even beef. They weren’t even busy. How hard is it to make a taco? If I’m gonna pay over $2 for a taco I want more than just a shell.

me and my friend were trying to stop somewhere to grab food after a long drive and from the start were treated with disrespect. the microphone guy talked low and unprofessional then we get the window the lady said all of our food will be cold and still made us wait. we finally got our food after the guy caught an attitude and argued with us for pulling to the wrong spot and the food was still cold!

Stopped for my wife. She wanted something that was no longer on the menu. The employee was super friendly and offered a few suggestions that would be similar. That was nice. The food was made fast and was ready to go quicker than I would’ve expected. The order was correct and the food was hot. Everything was great. The store was clean. Overall good experience.
