I was absolutely appalled at this restaurant. In the end I called the Health department. Trash outside, can full, indoor floor not clean, no sodas in the restaurant in the eating area, tables dirty, counter dirty, five employees there, three of them in the back. I was very clear with my order, hamburger dressed was wrong, cold fries (another customer had cold fries too). I complained and the woman came to the counter with an attitude. The Area Manager has to give a refund tomorrow. I am on the bus and could not come tomorrow That’s $10 I lost because the shift manager didn’t offer for the Manager to give me a call and correct it. Wendy’s Customer service is NOT OPEN on Saturday. Huh?? I never reached them despite multiple attempts to contact someone at the main office. This store needs to dismiss leadership (perhaps line workers too), and start over. I worked at the first Wendy’s in Louisville. Among all my visits with family and just myself over 50 years, I have never experienced such ineptitude. No, I won’t return to any of Wendy’s stores. Customers deserve better.

Place is a…… hit or miss mixed bag. There have been nights where it has been amazing; there have been nights where I had to get a plain JBC remade twice (first time fully dressed, second time no bacon). Staff is typically very nice and polite, but sometimes there is a different kind of vibe, depending on the staffing.

Among their offerings, there’s one particular orange-flavored drink that really stood out to me—although I can’t quite remember its name, the taste left a lasting impression. It was perfectly balanced, with a bright citrus aroma, a natural sweetness that wasn’t overpowering, and a refreshing finish that made it incredibly satisfying to sip on throughout the meal.

My experience was actually much better than I anticipated. The worker taking my order was polite. Burger and fries couldn’t have been any fresher, and the Coke freestyle machine was completely stocked!

This is the worst Wendy’s that I’ve ever visited.
Food does not meet already low expectations for fast food.
Service is complete garbage at times actively rude.
Unfortunate because I live nearby and generally like Wendy’s.

The price we paid for the two meals we got from here we could have went to a nice sit down place to eat and would have been happy with our food rather then nauseous and mad. The appearance of the food looked good but not once you begin eating it. Gross…. I wouldn’t suggest it if you have other options

I usually come here for a famous Dave #1 meal. On this particular day WE was served raw/semi frozen meat. I took it apart and was going to microwave it .30sec blood is seeping out. I returned back to Wendy’s to speak with a manager since NO one answer the phone. Manager states I’ll cook it myself sorry I have a new person training on the grill. Manager begin to speak loud and aggressive to the cook were WE/10 other customers in the lobby could hear. This Manager spoke rudely to the door dash guy. He let her know inspite of frustration she can be more nice and respectful. She looked very overwhelmed and didn’t manage her crew well at all. She had a headset on and told drive thru they was closed for 15-20 minutes which made the customers come in. So I finally get my sandwich remade but waited another 10 minutes for fries by this time I requested a refund of 21.18. By the way whoever the other Co worker that was sitting in the lobby came to this manager rescue when she called her to the front counter. She stated how long ago I came thru drive thru I said she got the receipt so she said maybe 30- 40 sandwich could have went out with raw hamburger meat since then. So she said to the manager put experience person on the grill switch them out and rearrange the crew. My complaint is proper training for everyone that worked on this day because customer service suck, meat not cooked properly could cause food poisoning.

They always seem out of stuff, ordered the Wednesdays promo and did not get it fully because they where out of the frosty which I find hard to believe due to it being the first day and i did not get the three sauces it comes with.
My wife and I went through the drive thru, two employees got in a disagreement over a modification. Surprise we did not get the modification despite being assured by someone we can.
We also ordered door dash a lot and it’s always messed up with sizes, or ingredients.
It is just disappointing and after the promo I am going elsewhere.
