Great experience in this local Japanese restaurant. Reservation is recommended they are very busy. Went there to celebrate my 40th birthday. The dinning experience was phenomenal. Since we were a group of four we were paired up and shared the table with another group of four who were also celebrating birthdays. The experience starts with a delicious mushroom soup, followed by a salad. The chef then comes and prepares for the main dish. He cooks for the whole table while juggling and making jokes keeping the dinning experience livid. The ingredients were all fresh and the flavor is very tasty. The drinks are also very good and pair good with the main dish. With Tip and drinks it was $170 but well worth the food and the experience. There are many options to pick from. We will definitely return again. If you plan to go on valentine’s day o you really need to reserve 3 months in advance.

If you’re looking for a place that feels warm, comfy, and instantly welcoming, Hana Yori is the spot. The moment you walk in, it’s like the whole restaurant collectively says, “Relax… and prepare to be extremely well-fed.”

Our chef was an absolute highlight of the night—funny, engaging, and clearly a master with a spatula. He had us laughing one second and hypnotized by onion volcanoes the next. And the food? Fantastic! Every dish landed and the portions are massive! And listen… do not miss the egg sauce. Ask for it. Beg for it. Guard it with your life. It elevates the meal so much that I’m half convinced it could fix minor life problems too.

All in all, Hana Yori delivers a truly memorable experience—great atmosphere, great people, great food. Highly recommended for date nights, family dinners, or anyone who enjoys being entertained while eating like royalty. 10/10, would request extra egg sauce again.

If you are looking for a quiet romantic setting, this isnt it. That said.. I had an amazing meal with my family. The kids were entertained with the chef at the table cooking our food. He was a lit of fun. Its not a cheap place but I’ve been to much more expensive for a lot less food. If you want to take your date, wife, family somewhere unique and fun, this is fun, great food, and a little noisy. I think it cost us about $25 each… somewhere around there. They do fill up quick so you need reservations about a week ahead of time. They use up all available seats, so if there’s 2 seats left at your table, another couple can be seated at your table.

This is a really fun place to go and eat. The building itself is older. Nothing has changed in many years it seems but it’s not necessarily a bad thing. The entertainment aspect is the best thing here. Our chef was funny, entertaining, and made really good food. I wish you could pick the others at your table. Which you can if you’re a party of 8. We were a party of 4 and had to listen to some less than appropriate dinner conversation. Some of which just made you lose your appetite. This was not the restaurant’s fault by any means. It just really made our particular night less fun. It’s also a bit spendy. But we’d go again.

Best dining experience ever well worth the money friendly family atmosphere. This restaurant takes food allergies very seriously. My husband has a Shell fish allergy and had no issues. Child friendly and handicap accessible. Try the egg yolk sauce It is so good!

Great food. We ordered the seafood dinner, which is $50 ea. You will have leftovers. I can’t wait to go back. Fun and entertaining show. No wait time as we had a reservation. 2 seafood dinners, a few alcoholic drinks, and dessert was $125 + tip and worth every penny.

Been a while since I came here. I use to come before I had a child. Twenty-one years later, I brought my daughter to experience the great food cooked and prepared before us. While I wish was a bit more entertaining, the food was great. Made the mistake of having the delicious wonton soup, it taste so good, but it plays havoc on me. Otherwise a delightful time.
