Reviews
Highly recommend the app to order excellent specials to get solid variety without breaking the bank. Prompt and nice service.
There was one tiny piece of chicken in my crispy chicken taco – that was really disappointing because it has become
My favorite item on the menu. If they were out of chicken, I would have rather replaced the item.
I come here often after work since they’re one of the only places open after 3am, and I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. My order was entered incorrectly — I asked for two soft taco supremes and a Doritos Locos taco, but it was rung up as two taco supremes and a Nachos BellGrande. I kept the BellGrande to avoid holding up the line and asked for no beans, add meat and onions (the onions were never added).
When I calmly addressed the mistake, another employee offered to remake it. I even went inside so I wouldn’t back up the drive-thru. That’s when the original employee — who I later found out was an assistant manager — approached me with a combative attitude and demanded I apologize. It was unnecessary and unprofessional.
However, the store manager personally called me, apologized, and assured me she does not condone that behavior. She offered a $10 gift card and a complimentary meal, which I appreciate. Because she took accountability and followed up, I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. 3 stars for the manager that called but the other two will remain for the customer service.
Thank you to the manager for addressing the situation.
So let’s go ahead and get down to Brass smacks. I ordered a bunch of stuff, and I got it perfectly. I know what a scoop of chicken and what a scoop of steak looks like from Taco bell. After all, I worked there in my yute. And one of the problems I’ve been having with taco hell, is the hellishly small amount of steak or chicken on my products. But this Steak Chalupa that I got had the perfect amount of steak. There are times where I order extra steak, and I get less than one scoop. But on this one, I got the full scoop, plus everything they made was picture perfect. That was really awesome. When I open my items up to try and make sure that there is a bit of every ingredient for every bite, I found that it was already very well spread out. So I can tell you right now that if you’re coming through at 1:00 a.m., the people working here are doing very well. Can you sing me about twice a week now until another crew turn over happens and everything goes to hell again, and then I’ll stay away for another couple months.
Love your houseless human visitor!
Food was just a little on the soggy side.
Nothing special. Service was fast and good but no napkins and very little hot sauce with a big order for 7 people
