Coldest french fries I ever bought! Didn’t ask whether the order was take out or eat in but got a go bag anyway. I can handle that but no salt or pepper or trays or napkins anywhere in sight. The chicken sandwich was pretty good but next time I will stop at the SubWay nest door. Don’t expect much at this McDonalds.

waited 30 minutes for 3 burgers and didn’t get our fries either. i went inside to ask about it and the employee said they were probably working on it, like yes i understand but can someone check since its been 30 minutes? i went back outside where we were told to wait & when they brought it out, we were told they gave us a fry for the wait. except i ordered 2 fries so really i still didn’t get what i ordered and that wasn’t free at all lol. i understand being busy but omg. also the burgers were wrong but i was not about to wait another 30 for it to be remade. noted- do not stop at this place for food next road trip 🙁

This McDonalds needs to be cleaned up. Tables and floors were dirty and sticky. There was only 2 of us eating. The other customers were finished and leaving but still took longer than usual for 1 big breakfast and a hot mocha.

Worse McDonalds I’ve been to. Went through the drive through after dark. Fries were old and cold. Then something wasn’t right with my burger. Got my husband to try, and then he turned the car light on and the patty was raw! We took it back and there were other folks also returning their food too.
The lady behind the counter replaced it, but she didn’t say sorry or had any remorse or sympathy.
Worse part is the burger they replaced it with tasted worse than the raw burger! It was like they dumped an entire thing of seasoning on the patties- to where it was not edible.
Long story short, check you and your kids burgers.

12-26-2025 Update, did not improve, very dirty, no clean tables, fries half empty, very slow, no receipts in machines, no table service. Waited more than 15 minutes for food after placing order at counter, staff not friendly, manager did not even try to apologize for delay, food was luke warm. Drink despenser too short for large cups, so you could not fill up cup. The nozzle is poking down into your cup, very unsanitary.

I ordered through the mobile app 15 minutes before arrival, still waited 10 minutes in the drive through. Upgraded to a large shake for $2.20 extra. Get there and the shake machine is broken. Can’t refund the upgrade for some reason so they tell me they can make up for it but I definitely had to bring it to their attention. I got two apple pies. And here’s what my QP w cheese looks like. .

Stopped in on my way to school this morning. Went through the drive through, I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, hash brown, and a medium mango smoothie. I pulled up paid n moved to last window they handed me my food and asked me to love up they would bring out my smoothie. So I did they brought a strawberry smoothie out. (I should have checked my food at this point) I told them I ordered a mango one so the lady went back in an made the right one n brought it out I said Ty I went to school. I open my food and they messed it up too I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel n paid for it and I received a bacon egg n cheese bagel. I was too far away at this point to go back or I would have. The only thing they got right on my whole order was the hash brown. So make sure you check your order before you leave.
