I stopped in here on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t super busy as I made it before the church rush. The server was great. This was probably the best meal I’ve ever had a Bob Evans. I was pleasantly surprised. The biscuits were perfect. The omelette was good. The fruit cup was what impressed me the most. It was full and had a great variety. I would definitely come back here and would recommend it.

We stopped in during the hustle of Christmas Eve with a life threatening allergy. We alerted our waitress to our son’s allergy. She took it seriously and conveyed the message to the kitchen manager, Chris. He personally came to the table and went above and beyond, making sure my husband and I were aware of the possible cross contamination. We are so thankful for the staff here and the way they ensured our son’s safety!

It was our first time ever at Bob Evans. First experience turned out so good. This place was big spacious ample of parking. Looked clean to me. All the servers are good and Casey took care of us and she was very nice. Caramel mocha catches eye on the menu and also we were suggested by our server Casey. It is too yummm. The red small cups of warm mocha is amazingly good. I ordered shredded hash brown as one of my side, this was the best hash brown I have ever had. So so so crispy shredded hash brown so delicious. The quantity is worth the money. Even their banana bread is too good. The One star less is because if they could have someone to clean the floor more often. Bob Evans is a very good place to eat with kids.

We walked in and there was only 4-5 tables. We sat for over an hour waiting on our food. The waitress said due to all the take out orders??! Wow! We watched other people come in eat and leave and we still had no food. I won’t be back to this location. Food was cold and not very good. Management needs to step in and fix this. Scathing Review of Bob Evans Restaurant #97
Our recent experience at Bob Evans #97 on 11/3 was disappointing, to say the least. We dined with family and friends, looking forward to a relaxed meal, and while the food itself was satisfactory, the service we received from our server, Tia, cast a shadow over the evening.
The restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, which is understandable, but there’s simply no excuse for Tia’s demeanor. She was consistently abrupt and dismissive, and even simple requests were met with eye-rolls and sighs. At one point, it seemed as though she was irritated that we dared to ask for anything at all. A polite attitude goes a long way, especially in a service role, and Tia’s behavior reflected a lack of basic courtesy.
We could understand a delay due to understaffing, but there’s absolutely no reason for rude treatment, especially in a family-friendly establishment. Bob Evans #97, you may need to reassess how you handle staffing and service expectations if you want customers to return.

The food was okay, I wouldn’t say great or anything. First thing we walked in the greeter said hello grabbed two menus and walked away, normally used to them saying follow me. We never saw the waitress again until we we’re finished eating so no refill on drinks.

I ordered the new dinner item, honey butter chicken with French toast. It was the absolute worst chicken I have ever had. It was so dry, it had hardly any coating on it, it looked like a piece of tilapia. Where was the powder sugar? Worst presentation. I did ask for another piece of chicken and was told that it would turn out dry also. Manager was nice enough to take it off bill.
