This is our second time at Totto Ramen on Assembly Row, and it’s still a great choice—especially on a cold winter night in Massachusetts. The ramen is hearty, comforting, and full of flavor, with plenty of meat in the bowl. The broth tastes is a little bit different compared to some other ramen spots, but the quality and portion make it stand out. Service was excellent and very friendly. We’ll definitely come back again. ❄️

Absolutely loved Totto Ramen! The spicy chicken ramen was the highlight — rich, flavorful broth with the perfect level of heat and tender chicken that really stood out. The noodles were cooked just right and soaked up all the spice beautifully.

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving a comforting, well-balanced bowl of ramen. Will be coming back to try more items on the menu!

Food is really good but the customer service provided to us by the waitress named Emily was so disappointing. We’re regulars to this place and the 2nd time that she assisted us with our orders she’s not even smiling and didn’t have any enthusiasm in assisting us. 3rd time same thing so I asked her name but didn’t have the time to put a review here. Yesterday we went again and same thing happened. I hope they’ll teach her how to assist customers correctly. And now we’re thinking of not going back to this place even if the food is good.

The pork (char siu) bun is disappointing. Dry and no flavor. It comes with “1” leaf of lettuce!

Kudos to the fried chicken though.

But overall it’s a medium/low experience.

The to go pick-up ramen order is very small for $20, and costs extra for everything other bean sprouts. Adding all of the standard toppings like eggs, and other veggies will run it up to $30. I was still hungry at the end. The broth itself was quite good.

Not gonna lie, the food was quite good, and I appreciated the variety of vegetarian customization options. However, our experience was soured by the server – she seemed impatient and made us feel rather unwelcome.

usually finish my ramen no matter what, but I had to leave this one half eaten. The extra large size was generous, but the flavor just wasn’t there. Broth tasted weak, noodles were soggy, pork so not good and it felt dry. Service was good, but the food didn’t deliver. It’s also a little over priced.

Great food and friendly staff! We had the spicy ramen and the miso ramen, both with the fried chicken. So good. The staff was super helpful about allergy information, too!

We were there an hour before close and never felt rushed or in the way! Would eat here again!

Totto Ramen is one of New York’s cult-favorite ramen shops ✨. Famous for its rich, silky chicken-based broth (a twist from the usual pork tonkotsu), the bowls here are hearty, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. Add tender chashu, spicy rayu oil, and chewy noodles — and you’ve got ramen that hits the spot every time .

If you find yourself in Assembly Row, you absolutely have to try this amazing ramen place. A single bowl will definitely hit the spot. I had a fantastic experience there 6 years ago, and when I visited again recently, the taste was still just as amazing. Whether you’re hungry or just need something warm on a cold day, this is the spot for you. The place is clean, and the staff is super friendly.
