Went to KFC tonight in Bartlesville to get food, bad experience this time customer service was really bad the guy taking orders in drive thru seemed like he could only do one task at a time and we sat at the speaker for almost 10 or so minutes, would have drove off but there were cars in front and behind me then we get to the window and again another 10 plus minutes we waited then he brought over the wrong order, waited more and finally paid for and got the correct order, guy was rude, and not in uniform at all, pants sagging, hair everywhere, etc get home and there is hardly any chicken on the famous bowl and food was poorly thrown together and was not fresh the worst experience I’ve had here and hopefully they get it together

If I could give this restaurant a negative star, I would. Ordered online, and when we went to pick it up, there was a line of people who had been waiting an average of 20 minutes for their orders. The employees were focused on drive thru only, out of nearly everything that we had ordered, completely incompetent, and spouting profanity. We contacted KFC for a refund, and still have not received it. $50 wasted.
I would recommend that people avoid this establishment at all costs.

Manager very unexperienced in customer service and hygiene he’s dirty not well groomed they dont use gloves or cover facial hair or hair on head they don’t even wear the KFC uniform most of the time the manager doesn’t have a clue of how to train his staff dealing with customers nor when it comes to cooking the food the is not when given to the customers , when u place a order there either out of chicken , or biscuits or other then when u question the manager on it he blames the corporation he will tell u they have one fryer in the restaurant then he will speak to the customer about what he is going threw with his personal life an while he is doing this he is shouting at customers were they can even here him in the drive threw the manager even stated that this is a different KFC they dont have any money to get him more fryers I asked him isn’t KFC with Pepsi Corporation hesitate then he said yes then I asked him if this KFC was a franchise he said he didn’t no then the manager said he would have chicken if he didn’t have people like me i said what that mean he got quiet I told him all I asked for is original no Breast then he says 25 min wait. The final retrieval required a wait time of 40 minutes, significantly overshooting the expected 15-minute fulfillment window.
The order, once located, was incomplete, missing the two included biscuits due to a non-operational oven—a critical failure in infrastructure that was not communicated proactively.
The subsequent attempt at service recovery was inadequate and demonstrated a failure in leadership. The acting manager (Kayla) offered only a single substitute side dish for the two missing biscuits. This refusal to offer commensurate compensation (two replacements for two missing items), coupled with the manager’s general indifference, underscores a severe lack of proper customer recovery protocol and operational oversight at this site. The excessive wait time and deficient managerial response indicate systemic issues requiring immediate review.

I would give it 0 stars. Service was terrible. Forgot some of our food, and then the food they gave us was freezing cold. Will NEVER go back. Cashier left in the middle of our rodeo and went and go someone else. Definitely need new employees.

Ordered for takeout and they had already had it sacked up. Got home they didn’t put the 6 biscuits that went with the meal in there and we found a hair in the food.

So to the man that was working the drive-thru, at 3:30 p.m. on one 1/20/23 he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Also whoever made my meal they did outstanding. I have actually avoided going to KFC for a long time, due to the last few times I went My experience was terrible and the food was definitely thrown together in half made. So I appreciate the workers on the shift today. I work 12-hour days and I’m busy and rarely get to eat, but I am extremely glad that I stopped today. Good job you two! Literally the best service and famous bowl I have ever gotten!

This location had a piece of paper on their intercom system that said that they did not have biscuits because the oven was down, It said on the piece of paper that they would substitute. I got up to the window and the lady said that they would not substitute. Basically, I paid a meal that had biscuits and just got none.
