I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was exceptional, with everything tasting delicious. The staff was attentive, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything or if we wanted extra breadsticks. They even greeted us warmly at the door and wished us a good night as we left. The only thing that could use some improvement is the atmosphere, which feels a bit outdated. Overall, a great visit!

Went here for lunch with some friends, the manager Robert took our order and even brought us our food, checked on us and was very attentive. Our orders came out CORRECT and hot! Robert was a fantastic employee and manager! Fazolis is definitely lucky to have him! We saw him running around and working non stop! Everyone he came in contact with seemed to love his personality, smile, and helpfulness. We will be back! Thank you Robert!

My family and I really enjoyed eating out here the food was prepped well and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even waited for my kids to order their food as they are at that age where they want to do it themselves but sometimes take a bit. It came out quick during a rush. We were asked several times if we’d like breadsticks and they were fresh and delicious. I highly recommended them!

I stopped here for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how on top of it the staff truly is! It was pretty busy and they got my food out quicker then anticipated. They answered any questions I had with ease and were very friendly. The food was fresh and you could tell was prepped with care. I’d definitely recommend them!

We went to this location for dinner after attending an event. It was the first time eating at Fazoli’s for my son and he enjoyed his meal. This is a great place to eat. However, it is a bit higher priced than some restaurants. Overall it was a good experience.

I am shocked what a good value Fazoli’s is when you dine in. They serve your food on real plates with real cutlery and even offer table side cheese grating. I got the sampler (lasagna, spaghetti, Alfredo, and breadsticks) and I was stuffed by the time I left.

We have always had good food and service here. Not today. I ordered pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza both burnt. We also had ordered a dozen bread sticks. They gave us hard as a rock no garlic on them what soever and basically gave me the crumbs of the breadsticks. It looked like whoever bagged our food just picked the breadsticks up and squeezed them to crumple them and put in our bag. Worst experience ever. I have already called and talked to a manager so we will see if we get the coupons to replace what was terrible. I offered to bring it back up to show them and they said no. So we will see.
