I had a beef and bean burrito which was excellent! Pretty reasonably priced however I asked the server at the drive-thru to please give me a plastic bag and he gave me a paper bag I asked him to put my two orders in separate bags and he put them in the same bag and just handed me an extra bag! I ordered 2 beef nachos. The chips were stale and the flavorless.
I also ordered hard and soft tacos. The soft taco tortillas were stale as well and the hard tacos were mush. If you can only eat them fresh (at restaurant), then what’s the point in bringing the food home.

Taco Bell has moved to kiosk ordering like many other fast food restaurants. The issue with the kiosk is that orders are put in and paid for, but the food takes longer to be prepared. For example, I ordered a freeze, and it took 15 minutes to be made. It wasn’t busy inside either. The priority at this restaurant is the drive-thru; if you order inside, be prepared to wait. This may be because they are short staffed. The employee at the drive-thru window is so focused, completely ignoring people standing at the counter in the lobby (me included). Once I get my drink from an employee who was preparing the meals in the back, I tell him I have a mobile order that he checks in at that moment. There is another 15-minute wait and a power outage. Therefore, 30 minutes had taken place at least the food was hot although, I never got my spicy ranch.

Enough is enough I tried to be fair and thought things would get better but no. I am furious over constant neglection and no attention to detail I am so happy that no one here has a professional job where it requires saving someone’s life. This is straight up embarrassing at this point. Mo matter what time of day I come here something is always broken the are out of a menu item and my order has been completely wrong the last three times I’ve come here. 16 April 2020 at 8pm if anyone on the corporate level needs to know this. The staff needs to understand that people wait in long lines and don’t have time to drive all the way home realize that there order is wrong. Rude extremely unprofessional and I will nit be coming here again. In the picture below I said no cheese and look what I got ……case closed.

I’m livid that I have to even give them one star in order to write this review!
We walk in and the girl at the front took our order, there were about six employees in there working and it took us 10 minutes to get our food.
When they gave us the cheese for our fries it was only half way full, so I go up to the counter with the cheese in my hand and stand there for a few minutes. The manager looks right at me for a moment and walks past me to go and stand and do nothing. My blood immediately began to boil!! I told her she was a sorry excuse for a manager and if I hadn’t ordered/paid for my food already I would leave. I also said a couple more things out of anger but there’s one thing I never settle for and that’s poor customer service!
I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, when you hit that door and clock in you’re there to serve a purpose and to do it with a smile!

I have ordered a chicken chipotle with no lettuce and tomato and they give me beef which I don’t eat. Which is very disappointing. I also try to call their store but they didn’t answer my call.

We have had such a horrible experience at this Taco Bell with the staff. We live close by so we have ordered from this Taco Bell a lot of times. Everytime we place an online order they never have it ready at the drive through. We then either have to go in or wait in the line again. And they never apologise for making us wait for so long. Highly disappointed.
