Had a chicken deluxe today, and the lettuce and tomato was actually fresh, not soggy or stringy or brown!! The chicken was good, and the fries didn’t taste like old grease trap!

I’m posting this review based on my experience about 20 minutes ago. As many others have posted their reviews, I’m not the exception. I took my kids after school to get something quick to eat, but what we got was very UNPROFESSIONAL! The drive thru employee was very rude and condescending. Not only did my kids got to hear the rudeness and disrespect over the intercom, but also got to see a taste of how bad management is. Both the employee and manager refused to take my order when I was respectfully trying to defuse the situation. They either have to find a different job or be better trained at providing genuine customer service. What a shame and a bad taste! If you can avoid this location, please do so. Also, Owners, if you are truly reading this and want to keep your business afloat, please review and reconsider your staff. No business can last without true customer service and respect to the PAYING customers!

Stopped at the Harry L location today about 3pm to pick up a drink for a friend, drive thru was backed up, so i thought going inside would be faster, After all, I’m was just getting a drink…took 20 minutes. The young lady that finally waited on me was very nice and patient with everyone. Their order screen showed orders waiting at least 8 minutes, and the auto drink machine had drinks lined up all over the counter. When I finally got the drink I came for… no ice. This is not the first time I’ve come here and fad this problem, beginning to think this is the norm. Very disappointed.

If you are looking to patiently wait for a two-item order for over 45 min, this is the McDonald’s for you. Also, if you dont like Smoothies or Frappes or cappuccino, you won’t need to worry here because their machine is always on the fritz. Not sure if it’s the staff, lack of, or management challenges, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s in the southern tier. There was a point where it was the best on service, but they need to rework their franchise. Its not McDonald’s worthy!

Food wasn’t too bad but there was this lady who I’m pretty sure was strung out while being on the clock, she was very disrespectful towards my dad and didn’t even get our order right, we were missing half of our order like she literally gave us six bags of fries, I’m pretty sure she did it on purpose because we asked if she was okay because she was like twitching while she was supposed to be handing us our food. After we asked if she was okay she asked us if we had a problem, obviously we didn’t we just wanted our food lol. She had like three teeth, orange hair, and glasses, I don’t wanna get her in trouble or anything but we just hope this review will help her learn basic skills on how to do her job.

so slow, ordered food through the app and when i showed up there were two people in the drive through waiting to make there order. We waited so long that people that showed up after me left. mind you not a word has been said on the system to let us know what’s going on, the guy waiting as i write this is questioning if they are even open. Food was fine as usual, but I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes with no one helping, or even asking for me to use the computer to order. They were busy, so I waited another 10 minutes, and got some side eyes, and still no service. I am older and I am understanding of the new computer systems, but when customer service is available I prefer it. There was absolutely no customer service at the counter, even when others joined me in line. When customers can get a meal at a sit in restaurant for the same price, and get actual customer service with curb pickup, then this lack of customer service won’t last unfortunately. We do love our McDonald’s, but I can be ignored anywhere.
