Was told they were making a fresh pie to complete order since they couldn’t full order. They asked if they could replace with the other pie flavor, I said no. Came back in 2 mins saying they had cooked fresh. Totally lied. They switched out pie to labeled container of ordered pie. Both pies same temp. The fresh one should have been piping hot. The problem with doing that is I’m allergic to what wasn’t ordered. Ended up with allergic reaction in mouth. YOU CAN KILL SOMEONE DOING THAT!!! Never going back.

1st time back in awhile.
I had chicken strips and Mac and cheese. Both very good. Chicken was juice and thw coating crunchy but not heavy. Mac and cheese was very cheesy.
Hubby had the chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. He also had the mash potatoes with Cajun gravy and enjoyed it.

First time trying Popeyes, and I was highly disappointed. The workers were very friendly, I will give them that, but my chicken was low quality with chewy tendons, rubbery and soggy. The mac & cheese was soggy and lukewarm. The biscuit was the only thing I ate but it was very dry. The sweet tea was watered down.
I threw my entire meal in the trash and watched $13 go down the drain. I’m not one to complain to get my money back, but leaving this review as the quality of the food needs to be improved.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered for four people. Get a giant bag with everything just thrown in the bag not stacked or organized in any way. Get home and 2 biscuits were just thrown into the bag not wrapped in anything, missing sauces, and missing an order order of fries. Butterfly shrimp coating was not cooked through on one order. First time getting food from there and definitely the last time

Placed order in app. Ordered food wasn’t available asked to have money refunded. Was offered to make change but I don’t like other items. One item was lied to about and I have food severe sensitivities!!! There substitution to my request made me sick as the marked the package as I ordered but it wasn’t.

Chicken dry & almost warm cheese not even melted! Fresh also hardly warm coke all ice ate their when 1st opened up it was great
