I typically do not give reviews, so this is a big deal lol. This location is amazing. I frequently come through the drive-thru after work, and it’s 10/10 every time. I have never met such good staff, specifically the young workers in this day and time. Most fast food joints have ill-mannered teenagers working there, but not here. They are always happy, smiling, professional, and nice! The food is also great, but to be honest, the customer service is so exceptional I would still come through even if it was nasty lol.

I think the food is really amazing however the service is lacking in the drive through especially its always packed and its at least a 40 minute wait to even order. Getting out the food to the customer is pretty fast however its just baffling to me that just putting in an order takes that long I as a nurse who works strenuous hours just wants some Zaxbys to get me by but to be honest at this point I’ll just drive to peachtree city to circle k to get a three dollar meal instead of getting upcharged for the littlest things plus a 40 minute wait.

Zaxbys in Newnan has fallen from grace as of late. Today the service was quick and I appreciate that but our food was skimpy! The big Zac snack had half fries and my Zensation Salad was HALF full with wilted lettuce! Not worth the $21 I paid for it! So disappointing. I will see if I can add the picture of my salad.

From the moment I walked in, the experience was awful. I was greeted by an employee who clearly didn’t want to be there and couldn’t be bothered to act even remotely professional while taking my order.
While waiting for my food, the area behind the counter was chaotic — loud arguing, shouting, and unprofessional behavior that made the whole place uncomfortable. It felt like there was zero management or standards in place.
The food somehow managed to be worse than the service. The toast was burnt, the chicken was undercooked, and the fries were barely cooked with no seasoning at all. To make it even more frustrating, this location charges $0.25 per extra sauce, which feels insulting when the food itself is borderline inedible.
Overall, terrible service, poor food quality, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Why am I posting half eaten food? It is because I rarely eat chicken and decided to stop at Zaxby’s with it being your closing time. I didn’t expect too much. I asked for crispy fries, and because my food was ready when I got to the window with not many cars in line I thought they were called leftovers, but I was so wrong! The tenders are big juicy and fresh the fries were hot and crispy. The toast was hot and fresh. The tea is good. Everything was great and the service was great. I definitely recommend.

Don’t even bother making a curbside mobile order here. I’ve done it 3 different times and they completely forgot about my order every time. They had it ready and inside but acted like i wasn’t here even though I pressed the “i’m here” button. On top of that, they forget my sauces, milkshakes, and my chicken fingers tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. Horrible.

Had lunch with two of my colleagues while visiting Newnan for work. There are plenty of parking space for this fast food style restaurant, so it was easy to park even during their busy time.
There are many great decorations all over the walls. I ordered chicken tender with fries and the portions were huge. I was not able to finish. The prices are also great. The Zax’s sauce is a must to try.

This place is a hit or miss. I use to frequent this location often but opt to visit others due to small tenders or fries to salty. Tried again today and this is what I got. Hot tenders and fries drowned in season salt. I couldn’t shake or wipe the salt off. Paid for extra toast but didn’t get it. Take your $33.75 somewhere else. This was a waste of money again.

Worst experience I have had here. As soon as we pull up to the drive thru window, we wait, once the guy finally answers he tells us to hold on one moment and must have accidentally left his microphone on so we can hear his entire conversation he decides to have with his co-workers, including cuss words where my kids can hear in the car. Once we pull up to the windows we wait another few minutes just to see everyone inside standing around and the guy who took our order just walks off, so we sit and wait more. Finally im assuming the manager comes up to the window to finish taking our payment and giving us our order. Not sure of the guys name but this experience happened on 12/29/2025 at 5 pm

Based on multiple experiences here, the food has been a hit or miss. There have been times where the food tasted fantastic, but other times when it tasted terrible. Additionally, this location has constantly messed up my orders, always leaving items out. Additionally, when asked about them leaving out items and getting a refund, they state that they will, but I have yet to get any refund from this location. The customer service has been average. If it wasn’t for the constant items being left out of my orders, this review would be three or four stars.
