This is my favorite location. The staff of men they have there are super dope and helpful. The crew goes over and beyond for the customers. I come in all the time for French fries. Well, this Five Guys in Chicago was much better than one in Virginia. Service was good and food was good and they have clean toilet. Franchise chain and you never know what to get.

Overall, employees are friendly and welcoming. Food prep time is reasonable. Great quality burger. One complaint I have is that the owner frequently changes the menu prices, so I don’t ever know what I’m going to pay when I go in there. They also have a touchscreen soda dispenser that serves different flavors and has caffeine free Coke, which I like. Lastly, I think the food is a little pricey, but it is a Five Guys.
