I tried everything on the menu so I can say beyond all doubt that this is a fantastic establishment. The hot sandwiches are particularly good, with the pastrami, ham and gruyere, and BLT sandwiches being my top recommendations. Everything is high quality in the ingredients and the make, which really comes through in the flavor.
Every single thing tastes amazing. Every sandwich, side, drink, and baked treat is a delight. Servings are filling and leave you feeling good. Definitely try a cookie or other baked good while you’re in.
Beyond that, the atmosphere is such a vibe. Everything is clean, cozy, and cute.
It is clear that there is so much thought and care behind every aspect of Ghost Dog, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food from great people in a very chill atmosphere.

Wow!! We’ve been wanting to get in and try Ghost Dog Deli and we made it happen today. It was amazing. My son loved his kids turkey sandwich and said this is where he will be getting his turkey “sub” from now on. I had the special, corned beef and my husband had the pastrami. Both absolutely delicious. We will be back. Thank you Robin for serving us today and making it a wonderful first visit.

The absolute best sandwich shop and bakery! My family and I love this place, the only place we really go out to eat at anymore! It’s healthy, clean, delicious, and the staff and owners are so nice. Highly recommend! The food is some of the best I have had in the NOCO area. Also their sourdough is above and beyond good!

Where to start…this place is an absolute gem! The food was excellent, worthy of an award for both taste and presentation to be sure! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, answering questions and patiently waiting for me to make a decision. My mom was able to choose from several gluten-free/dairy-free options that were available and she was quite pleased! The food arrived quickly and beautifully presented, made by a young man in the kitchen who seems to have a real natural talent for cooking. And last but not least the place was immaculate and really well decorated!

Every sandwich I’ve tried here has been phenomenal! The pastrami is my favorite—one of those foods you dream about until the next time you get it. All the baked goods and sides are also delicious. Ghost Dog Deli is a blessing to Wellington!

My favorite place to eat in Wellington! Everything they serve has been delicious. Soups salads sandwiches pastries it’s always excellent food. Very fresh quality ingredients. They bake their own bread along with the pastry’s.
The employees are all very warm and kind which brings me back for lunch at least once a week.

I love all their sandwiches but I must say. I ordered a pastrami on rye. Forgot I had a haircut. Did not get to eat it for an hour. When I opened the sandwich I expected it to be nothing but mush. Turns out it was still perfect. Soft supple bread and warm pastrami. It was still absolutely amazing. And if you have not tried there baked goods your missing out. This place rocks it!!

New deli in Wellington. Great choices in hot and cold sandwiches with creative sides. Italian sandwich was piled with meat, cheese and salad and a nice vinaigrette. Turkey was just as good with pickled red onion relish. Cozy, warm eating area. Very friendly helpful staff. Chef came out to check on us.
An update, I had the pastrami on rye with their secret Phantasm sauce today at their grand opening. Great sandwich, one of the best pastrami sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Another update, went in again as we were passing through. Had the ham and gruyere sandwich. Great flavor, nicely toasted. Also tried the cream of asparagus soup they had as a special. Great asparagus flavor, not too heavy. I think they are going to have different soups coming up. Also had their new cinnamon roll for dessert. It was big and great cinnamon flavor.

Great local deli. Large, tasty sandwiches and tasty, homemade pastries. Good location just a mile or so from I-25. Useful lunch stop when traveling between Denver and Cheyenne. Excellent, friendly service.
