Unfortunately, this is the closest Taco Bell to me. The orders are almost always wrong, if they aren’t, they taste like crap. The tortilla’s always taste stale, meat tastes old, etc. *sometimes* the service is okay, but most of the time that’s terrible too. Oh! And don’t try to ask for ‘light sauce’ on your quesadilla, because it will come back with more sauce than cheese.

Went here at 1:00 a.m. to get some food, they refuse to serve me unless I was picking up apparently their computer shut down but only if you’re placing orders. The computer is fine if you’re picking up orders probably the fifth time this has happened in the last year.

Every time I order from here my order is completely wrong. Does this look like a Mexican pizza combo? How do you even mess that up? Someone is in there blindfolded just throwing receipts on random orders and calling it a night. This has happened way too many times with my orders from here. I am done with this location. Do better!

My last time ordering from here omg my food was not all the way cooked. My flatbread was mushy, and my meat tasted undercooked. I also ordered a white dragonfruit freeze because they were out of the pink and the dream flavors. My order was wrong as well and I had to go inside.

AVOID THIS TACO BELL location at all costs.
This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had — possibly the worst in the entire state. The woman working the drive-thru was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer service. When I politely pointed out that my order was wrong and the food looked as if it had been sitting out since the night before, she refused to correct it or even acknowledge the issue.
The food was cold, poorly assembled, and completely unappetizing. I left frustrated and disappointed that a national brand like Taco Bell allows this level of service and quality. I will NEVER return to this location and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Don’t even bother coming here if you aren’t driving. Besides the staff being rude, there’s no bike rack in a high crime area filled with addicts and transients, forcing customers to either risk theft or struggle with juggling a bike while ordering food at their kiosk to replace customer service. Even when you have their attention in the drive through, they won’t take your order there.

Can’t make one thing in a meal, so they can’t sell the meal, so you have to order the more expensive meal without the part you wanted in the first place. Stupid and there’s always something broken or whatever that keeps them from having a full menu.
