Fantastic! The staff is amazing, attentive and check in often. The food was amazing in many ways. The cauliflower for instance seems bland after the first bite but by the third the flavors start to explode. The Korean beef lettuce wraps are on point with home made jang. Scallops were perfect. Finally a fantastic dairy free dessert also, the mochi cake. (Apparently they also had a chocolate one for a time).

Came here for dinner and when a restaurant is this good, you want to come back again and again and luckily their menu is seasonal so you have lots of opportunities to try more dishes from the same place! I ordered two appetizers to share, two entrees, and two desserts. I took pictures so hope they help! This is a return spot for certain. Please remember to book reservations as this place does fill up fast even on a week night! Everything is made fresh and you could really taste the flavor in every bite. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and it is definitely on our list of date spots. Hope the photos help! I will have more to report on my next adventure. The atmosphere was really nice and we appreciated the music playing.

I recently ate at Pink Ivy and I can honestly say it was a 100,000,000/10(not exaggerating) experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely spectacular, every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with care. You can tell they put real thought into both the ingredients and the presentation because everything looked just as amazing as it tasted.
The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
After you eat your meal. Make sure to make your way to the cute bathroom. Instantly I see two signs saying “hello beautiful” and “hello gorgeous”. Which makes you feel amazing after filling your stomach up with delicious food.
If you’re looking for a place that never disappoints, this is it. Everyone and their mother needs to come eat here at least once, and once you do, you’ll definitely be coming back. I mean, even when they hand you your check it comes in a cute stand with a diamond pen! Pink Ivy truly sets the standard for what a great restaurant should be! May I just say, my palate is very happy!

Enjoyed dinner last night at the Pink Ivy Kitchen. The atmosphere is clubby and chic, with modern lighting and eclectic colors. Good selection of cocktails, wines, beers and NA drinks available. Starters and Appetizers all sounded good. We opted for some lettuce wraps with 2 sauces, added roasted carrots, and had the Salmon on hummus with roasted vegetables, the Meatballs in a fiery tiziziki sauce, and their Smash burger. meatballs were definitely a hit.

Make sure to add this outstanding restaurant to your dining list! Creative and delicious flavors, excellent service and vibrant ambiance in charming Hopkins. We enjoyed/shared the lamb sausage small plate, Caesar salad and scallops entree. All were excellent. Their burger and beet salad are also delicious.

The drinks were immaculate!! Its a cozy and well designed place with unique menu options. We went on Sunday for Brunch and OMG the food was so well prepared, presented, AND FLAVORED. Our server was on point with recommendations as well as checking in. The owner came by and introduced herself too as it was our first time there.
I am so excited to have found this lovely local gem and can’t wait to go back for lunch, happy hour, and dinner menus.

So good. The cauliflower is a MUST order. The sauce is insanely good. We ordered the salmon and the Barramundi. They were perfectly cooked and the sauce pairing was excellent. We finished with the pineapple brown butter cake and it was one of the best desserts we’ve had in a long time. The warm pineapple cake paired with the (lime?) Mascarpone was the perfect combination

We had such an amazing experience here. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and festive, but what really stood out was the service. Our waitress, Susie, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time.
