Service was good we sat down and had drinks brought out quickly. Appetizer was delivered hot and fresh. Oysters were delicious and a great deal. Salmon was a hit as well as the fish and chips. If ever back in the area will stop in again.

My wife and I went to Legal Sea Foods at the Burlington Mall to use a gift card. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We had great service from Sabrina and a great meal. I had the fried clams (belly) with French fries and coleslaw. The clams were perfect—a good portion size, just the right amount of breading on the outside, and a tasty clam on the inside. The only complaint was the size of the coleslaw—it was barely a forkful, served in the same small metal container as the tartar sauce. My wife got the yellowfin tuna with mixed vegetables and loved it. Food, service, and atmosphere were five stars—I gave them four only because each plate was over $40. Would definitely go back, but it’s more of a treat than a regular outing.

The location of this establishment is pleasant, with a warm atmosphere and courteous staff who are very accommodating. However, the burger patty we ordered was dry. Additionally, having place mats on the tables would take sanitation to the next level. The remainder of the dishes, including the swordfish, were truly satisfying. The birthday serenade provided by the staff was a wonderful highlight, nice and sweet. Thank you guys!!!!!

We loved the place, the waitress also served us very well, the only thing my daughter and I didn’t like was the attitude of the two hoster. A black woman with long hair. Quite unfriendly. We even felt a little discriminated with my daughter. Fortunately the waitress made us feel very happy, gave us a good description of the dishes, gave us good suggestions and seemed tired from a long day but she was beautiful with us. We even wanted to give her a hug. Seriously. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. It’s a pity I don’t know it. The food was amazing. Portions big enough for a hungry person. Delicious. I’ve been to this seafood restaurant three times, and each time the food has been amazing. It’s some of the best seafood I’ve had, which is why I kept coming back. But my last visit on September 11 around 4 PM really left a bad taste in my mouth, and not because of the food.
When we arrived, the place was nearly empty. Despite that, the hostess—a young white woman—was surprisingly rude. She put us at a tiny table that barely had room for our plates, even though there were plenty of open tables around. It just felt like we weren’t welcome.
To make things worse, the manager, who had a beard and was wearing a blue shirt, walked by several times. I even tried to make eye contact to say hello, but he completely ignored us. Not even a simple “hi” or “welcome.”
It’s a shame because the food here is really good, but a great meal should come with at least a bit of warmth from the staff. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and that’s why I had to take away a star from my rating.

Highly recommend for their daily oyster deals between 2pm and 5pm! $2 a piece and VERY FRESH!!!

Nice place, good food, but a little pricier than I expected for a chain.
They do have great clam chowder. The traditional lobster rolls were a little better here, but still not seasoned or saucy enough for my taste.
Be sure to drive around the mall until ya see their sign. A bit of a walk if ya don’t park out front.

They have a happy hour menu which turns out to be a kids (or infant) menu. The items are lower in price but proportionate to the price so if you’re looking a customer appreciation value, this isn’t it.
