I ordered thru doordash at dis location on 8/28/25 fr lunch n my fudge sundae was delicious, my basket of fries was full enough but not d freshest fries, my hot n spicy burgers had extra mayo n lettuce lk I requested b my sauces n silverware were all in d bag no napkins. My bbs happymeal was good .

UPDATE: DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS, THEY STOLE $23.52 FROM ME BY CHARGING MY CARD MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ORDERS I DID NOT PLACE.
The woman in the drive thru was incredibly rude and “lost” our order in the two seconds it took to drive from the menu speaker to the window and we had to completely reorder. When we accidentally forgot a hashbrown and asked her to add it she obnoxiously waved her hand at us and told us we couldn’t order there, after she had just asked us to order at the window! She also kept interrupting us during our order to ask for some other lady but after she’d interrupt us she’d give us attitude and ask us to repeat ourselves. Terrible service and would recommend going to ANY other McDonald’s than this one.

If I could give this location a negative I would. Their workers are rude and they don’t know how to take an order correctly or make the food the way a customer asked and paid. For example my order was a double quarter pounder with cheese no onions, they gave me a regular cheese burger, one pickle, and a small piece of lettuce. I also had an order for chicken nuggets, the person taking orders in the drive-thru never asked what sauce I wanted she just put barbecue, when I got the window to receive my order I handed the sauce to the lady then asked for Buffalo sauce she rolled her eyes, took the barbecue sauce back with an attitude then basically slammed the two sauces I asked for in my hand then rolled her eyes again.

Wasnt that busy, Didn’t give fill my medium fries an they was over cooked. Didn’t fill my drink up all the way. Didn’t give me what I asked which was pur honey an they gave me mustard honey. Even my nuggets was over cooked. Smh should’ve done better. HOSHA need get to the bottom of this. I’m tired of these fast food places not doing there job right. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before. I know what’s expected. Do better.

Drive thru girl has an extremely bad attitude. Everyone here at this location seems to not give a damn. Rude when taking my order, rude when receiving my order. And look at the quality. It matches thier attitude. Drink not topped off, fries half full, and the burger is just flat out BS. Is this how management is running this location.

Went in this morning it was very busy like im sure it is everyday. Don’t know if it was the manager or someone else in charge was screaming, yelling at workers to hurry. She can be heard even outside from how loud she was. Really created tension and made the atmosphere for customers awkward.

Don’t come to this McDonald’s past 8 pm. The lines are atrocious and stretch all the way to the road. The lady who makes the ice coffee is terrible, the first time she gave me an ice coffee and it wasn’t mixed, I told her to mix it and said you’re supposed to do it yourself with an eye roll! The second time was with this photo, I asked for extra cream and she gave me the most darkest ice vanilla coffee!! I asked her to remake it and she gave me attitude! Stay away from this McDonald’s at night!

I dont think I’ve ever gotten my order right as long as I’ve lived here from this ONE specific location, it’s ridiculous. The real kicker was last night i spent nearly $30 on doordash feom this location (only bc i had a 50% coupon) and more than HALF my order was not in the taped up bag. My dasher had no way of knowing i was missing FOUR burgers & a large fries… ON TOP of my dasher having to wait over half an hour for my order… i was refused a refund from door dash, i doubt mcdonalds will compensate me either. Go to the wallisville locations instead!! Never have an issue there.
