I want to give our server Cynthia a huge shout out for her service and for the experience. It was my mom’s birthday, Cynthia and the rest of the staff made her morning more special. Ino was our waitress, wonderful food service. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite and friendly, helpful. Very clean, efficient and food is fresh and hot! Customer service and attention is great. We’re always greeted with a smile when we walk in, the wait is short. Cynthia was our server, and she was wonderful. Super kind and hospitable. Her purple hair is really cool too! She checked in regularly and answered any questions we had. We shared many laughs. She noticed my Chabot College hoodie and encouraged me to use the student discount. Thanks for taking care of us Cynthia!! We’ll be back soon ❤️

I come to this Denny’s every so often and am regularly served by INO. She is a very kind and attentive server. The thing that I come for is for their Santa Fe skillet, that very delicious. Overall you can expect a good time here.

I had the pleasure of being served by Cynthia today and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind and professional from beginning to end. The food came out less than 10 minutes after ordering and was piping hot. I will 100% come back and hope to be sat with Cynthia but everyone on staff were equally as polite and professional.

Decided to try their newly advertised Caramel Apple Crisp Pancakes. The presentation is unappealing and the meal tasted bad. The “apple crisp” tasted soggy, slimey and old. The pancakes were dry. This location used to be pleasant, but as time went on, there has been a decline in their quality of food and service. This is slowly becoming my least favorite location.
