Both ladies were awful, the young one that took our order was a extremely rude both on the intercom and at the window.
Food was sub par at best. One of the apples in the happy meal was BLACK!!

The customer service at this establishment was incredibly poor and unprofessional. I understand that it’s early in the morning, and not everyone is a morning person. However, if you’re not a morning person, you shouldn’t be working there. At the very least, if someone gives you a compliment, acknowledge that they noticed you say thank you. The attitude of the two ladies at the windows was completely lacking in common decency and courtesy. They rushed people in and out of the line, but then they forgot to get my son’s McMuffin.

Worst experience ive had at a McDonalds in a while. Paid for my food, get things custom added/removed to ensure freshness and I also suffer from food allergies. However the food was old, the bread tasted stale, fries were cold, and I even ended up getting food poisoning the next day. Coincidence? I think not.
Now let’s talk about the staff. Unfriendly, seemed to want nothing to do with me. Showed no effort to want to be there, I work customer service too. I get it I dont like my job all the time either but I act like it for the customer. Then the young man at the window asks if I want a receipt and when I said yes he asked me again and when I reiterated he rolled his eyes and shut the window before walking away to get receipt paper because it was empty before I got there (negligence). When I finally get my receipt he hands it to me. I make sure to thank him for the trouble and what does he do? Doesn’t say a word and slams, not closed, slams the window in my face. I go to the next window to pick up my food. A woman hands me a bag and says “here” and then just stands there staring at me like im an idiot. I then ask for my drinks as I haven’t received them yet, they hand me the drinks, didnt ask if I wanted anything else or any questions not even another thank you or anything and again they closed the window on me. Asked for 2 sweet teas. One unsweetened the other was sweet. Don’t know how they messed that up.
I will not be coming back.

I can’t believe I’m writing a positive review about McDonald’s in Warsaw. My coworkers and I frequent this McDonald’s often and we have definitely noticed a huge improvement at lunch time. They are freaky fast and food is better than normal.
