This is a great dining option. The food is delicious. And are a healthier option than fast food. The strawberry harvest is my favorite salad. And I also love the chocolate covered strawberry they include. Their seasonal limited flavors are also good to try. I just visited on February 11, 2026. They had a strawberry cupcake cooler drink. It was delicious and i enjoyed it! This location is clean and the associates are friendly. I would recommend to anyone that’s looking for a good meal at decent prices. The only thing to be aware of is the limited edition specialty desserts tend to be high priced. But otherwise, a great choice.

I ordered a large strawberry harvest salad with double chicken and am so disappointed with how small it was. There shouldn’t be that much empty space. First picture is after I mixed it up before taking a single bite. Paying $13 for a large salad and receiving such a small portion is such a rip off.

Huge shout out to the crew at Cafe Zupas on Milwaukee! Today was our first time trying Cafe Zupas and we were so impressed. Every employee working was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was fresh and delicious. So refreshing to have good customer service. The chocolate covered strawberries were huge plus 10/10 would recommend!

The food was delicious. My only complaint would be they put like one piece of meat on the sandwich, so not a lot of meat on the sandwich. The salad was very good as well. As always, you get a chocolate dipped strawberry. Went around lunchtime, and the place was pretty packed. Waited about 7 minutes in line to order. The staff was super friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Haven’t been here for a year or more. Ordered a full size California Cobb salad to go. It’s just slightly bigger than the half order used to be. It’s a sad excuse for a Cobb salad. This used to be one of my favorite places.

Everything we’ve tried so far is delicious & affordable. The staff is always nice and the store is clean. It gets busy at lunch time on weekdays so finding a table might be an issue sometimes but it doesn’t deter me from coming back. My kid loves their chicken noodle soup, it’s all he eats when we come here.

Walked in just after opening. I was greeted quickly and warmly. There was no line but a handful of to go orders being made.
The gentleman working the first portion was amazing. He got my orders prepared quickly and correctly.
The next station was a young lady, she was very kind and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
I was asked if I wanted a beverage or dessert; to which I sadly had to say no to (that day, anyway.)

We come here often and are always greeted with a smile! Kayla, Becca, and Dontese helped us out last night and were absolutely wonderful—even though we stayed past closing, they never rushed us and were so kind. Great food, great staff, and consistently great service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
