I had not been to this location for a few years but had a craving for the pepperoni pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. The guy at register did not understand nor speak English and pulled out a ready pizza and It was thin crust and I wanted thick crust but the guy could not understand. I ended up getting the pretzel pizza he set out. The bottom of the box was so greasy and the pizza tasted like it had been cooked hours prior. There was hardly any cheese sauce. I WAS EXTREEMLY DISAPPOINTED. I do not recommend going to this location.

We ordered a cheese pizza with light sauce and it came with heavy sauce which we didn’t realize until we got home. They also did not give us our brownie that we ordered. The guy at the counter was acting very strange. We tried to call and report the problems but we couldn’t get through to the store. We wasted an hour on hold, talking to the central phone center That couldn’t help us and on hold our getting hung up on multiple times. It was ridiculous. I’m very disappointed because this location is convenient but I don’t ever want to use this store again.

Didn’t receive 2 liter in delivery of meal deal. Called, but phone would go to machine after a few rings. Continued calling and they started hanging up as soon as the dial tone would start. Then opened my pizza box and found a dead fly. Won’t even bother with the crazy bread. Pizza actually looked better than their usual, but never getting pizza from one of these places again.

60.00 with tip. I ordered a medium thin crust, well done. It was not well done. It was not done at all. The majority of the slices were stuck to the bottom of the box. Soggy, lifeless.
I ordered two extra sides of pizza sauce and received neither.

I can see why they originally went out of business in the early 2000’s.
For that kind of money I expect perfection. What I received was anything but. Your franchise should have stayed out of business. Never again.

Always friendly staff at this location even though they are incredibly busy. Nothing better than online ordering and email when the pizza is parked ready for in and out pickup. When they have sales we buy extra and freeze what we can’t eat. Until you have had little ceasers reheated in an airfryer you haven’t had some crazy good pizzaa

I ordered online, once I got there the power was off & someone opened the door for me,there was no way to get my order or a refund at the time. I was told to call back the next day, very disappointed I couldn’t get my pizza hot although I requested to buy what they had done, I ended up getting two pepperoni pizzas once I got home they were stale as hell. I been there several times that’s never happened before I’ve ordered in store a bit of a wait. But fresh pizza , the manager had no control of the power going out, I may return in the future but I’ll order in store, two days later I got a email that I was getting a refund.
