The customer service here is terrible. I just came in the drive-through to place my order. There was a girl on the mic yall need to take her off and put her in the kitchen. She got terrible customer service and she trying to rush me to order. I said i would like to get a 4 piece combo with a side of fries and strawberry fanta. She gonna tell me some bullcrap idk but i decided i wasnt going to get the food and pulled off but If you working the drive thru microphone, you should have great customer service skills….. This is detrimental to your business and i encourage management to look into this as soon as possible. I will never be returning and i will encourage everyone i know not to go here.

Not only was my order 25 minutes late, it was wrong too. My girl put in an online order and it took 40 minutes to get…..40 MINUTES. I get it gets busy, but I could have killed, feathered, and cooked up chicken in less time. And missing a side too… whoever owns this location, you should be embarrassed to do so.

Adding to the review, we were also shorted pieces of chicken. If you are reading this review owner, do something about this or your customers will stop coming. Maybe hire employees that can count…..

This is the worst Popeyes I ever been to. The girl told me she’s only take online orders so I paid online and went to pick up my order they were out of everything I ordered (chicken wise) but had the sides. So I left without getting anything and now I am being charged for items I never received. Messaging the help center on Popeyes website is a JOKE they are only offering me a $20 credit and I spent $52.30 and got NOTHING! I suggest not ordering online from this Popeyes ever— actually don’t even visit it never heard of a chicken place not having chicken— I think the people that work here are just lazy and didn’t want to do their job. Worst experience I have ever had a food establishment they should just close this one down!!!

They should just close this place— every time I come here it’s always something. They never have chicken, chicken sandwiches or tenders! Half the time they have no one in line and make you come inside or if you get lucky to go through the drive thru it’s always 30 plus minutes and they have you stop at the red pole so that way it doesn’t look like they took forever on your order. The worst customer service ever! The girls in there have the biggest attitudes like they need to be working somewhere else. Will not ever go here again. Today she had the nerve to tell me they’re only taking door dash and online orders so I placed a order online and when I went to pick it up she said we’re out of chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches like well what do you have then? She said wings… horrible! Worst part of it all I have having a hard time getting a refund through the app— never order through the app or from this place period. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I paid on the popeyes chicken app. Went up there the store was closed at 10:45am. And they open up at 10:00am. Then you can’t get your refund on your card. No one to call from cooperation. This is not how you handle business.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had. I ordered a large red beans and rice, a original chicken sandwich and five tenders. It came to like $23. The rice was hard. Some of the chicken tenders were shaped like small wings and one of the tenders were huge and they taste like they need to be cooked longer. The chicken sandwich skin was falling off the chicken and it was very mushy. I will never come back to this Popeyes again.

Literally the worse Popeyes. The owner should be ashamed of how the employees handle the guest and the long wait times. Today, I sat at the speaker for close to 10 minutes. Then pulled up to the window. None of the employees that walked by acknowledged me. There was a lady taking food to a car. On her way back I asked they were taking orders cause I had been sitting there for close to 10 mins. (While is was sitting there not only did I yell into the speaker but I also honked). She told me “you couldn’t have been cause I have the speaker in my ear” and walked into the building and closed the door behind her.

This establishment is in an impoverished area, heavily riddled with the stereotypical activities and presences that make the atmosphere unwelcome; and don’t bode well for a business wishing to succeed. The staff has low morale… Mainly because their poor service has led to a huge decline in customers. Today there were 3 staff, one of them being the manager, and they were all in the back kitchen. They were moving with 000% urgency. I stood at the register waiting while they dragged along, never acknowledged me. It looked like they hoped I would just leave. I literally watched the manager walk casually to the front by the register, look out at the lobby, turn, and slowly stroll back to the kitchen. If the manager has such a careless attitude, there’s no hope. Another location soon to close permanently.
