As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The burgers and food here are honestly excellent — everything tastes fresh and well prepared. I really enjoy eating here. The only downside is the service speed. The staff could be a bit more attentive, and orders tend to take much longer than expected. If they improve the waiting time, this place would be nearly perfect.

UPDATE:
Still no follow up from corporate or the restaurant! I’ve called the store multiple times and no one answers. I’ve left voicemail and no one returns my calls. The manager claimed to have processed my refund on 2/5, but that has still not hit my bank! I refuse to let this restaurant steal my money! I need answers ASAP!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! The WORSE experience I have EVER had at any restaurant! Everything was fine until we drove off and checked my 9 year olds burger to find out that it was made wrong. Which I understand can happen and it honestly happens alot at different restaurant, so we’re used to it and that wasn’t a big deal. We drove back around and sat at the drive thru window for about 15 min or longer(not exaggerating) as the 1 female employee kept making eye contact, but not coming to the window to see what was wrong, instead she continued bagging up other orders and ignoring us. We sat there patiently, we didn’t wave her down, we didn’t knock on the window, we literally sat there and waited. She finally opened the window didn’t say one word to us, so I said “this should only be mayo, ketchup and bacon” she rudely said “give me the receipt” I responded “you didn’t give us one” she then very rudely said “the one on the bag”. I then said “nevermind, just give me a refund and keep the food” she said very rudely “you’re gonna have to drive around to the other window and wait because we’re busy” I then said ” we’ve been waiting 30 minutes now, can I just speak with the manager ” she then said “I don’t know what to tell you we’re busy” then shuts the window and walks away to continue doing what she was doing. We then sat there for another 30+ minutes as she continued helping other cars in the drive thru. We then started honking the horn along with a line of other cars behind us just to still be ignored. My husband finally got out of the car and walked to the other drive thru window to ask for our refund so we can leave. The employee was arguing with him then slams the window and walks away, the manager started to walk towards the window and then says “I’m not dealing with him” and she walks away. I waived down the cashier who was being rude originally to try to calm her down so we could get the refund and leave. She opened the window and I told her I know it’s not your fault and I know this is frustrating, but all we want is our refund, so we can leave and you can continue with your job. I asked her to please ask the manager to give us our refund, so we can leave. She told the manager and the manager finally came to the window and asked if we paid cash or card and walked to the register. She came back a few minutes later with a blank receipt that said $0.00 and nothing about a refund. I asked her why doesn’t the receipt have the refund amount and my card number showing where the refund is going. She argued and said it’s not going to show that. And said the refund will take 3 to 5 days and shut the window. I still do not know whether she actually did the refund or not, and honestly I doubt she did. Usually if there is an unhappy customer a manager will get involved right away, but instead she leaves the 1 employee fight all the customer battles herself. I’m sorry, but I would never ever let someone like that run my establishment. I know this review probably won’t make a difference, but whoever is incharge of this location should seriously do some investigating to see what’s really going on. I hope you have cameras and look into what happened tonight. A paying customer should never be treated that way, especially when I was being respectful the whole time. I work in customer service and know how frustrating and stressful it can get, but you should never take it out on your customers. Unfortunately I didn’t get any names since no one had a name tag on, but there was a name on the blank receipt if management would be interested in speaking with me. I can go on and on about this specific experience I had tonight, but I’m going to leave it at that. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me tomorrow though.

Came here at about 3am this morning to pick up a DoorDash order. When I pulled in there was only 1 car in the drive thru line so it was not busy, I walked up to the pick up window and tried getting the attention of 2 staff members to let them know I was picking up a order and I was completely ignored for over 10 minutes. The 2 staff members I saw were both on their phones and just not paying attention at all, one of them finally noticed me and she slowly walked up to the window while texting someone and hardly even make eye contact with me until she opened the window. Terrible experience..

Our order was not taken with care. The machine told me a burger was gone but it rang it in and since there was no screen there was no way to tell what it input. When a staff member also helped they did not answer our question and did not even bother google the answer. We had asked what kind of fish they were serving.

They messed up my order so bad. I don’t understand why their system doesn’t require a count check on the receipt. It should say this many items are in the bag so items don’t get missed. I’m missing 2 apple pies, 1 big Buford, and I got a spicy chicken instead of a double cheeseburger. Do better at reading and math or develop a system where there’s a number count of items at the end.

I ordered an eight piece chicken tenders with large fries and they gave me like 10 sauces buffalo tenders?!?!?!? For some reason?!?!? I’m so sad. Also, the fries they gave me aren’t even large. I’m pretty sure they’re medium! zero out of 10 I’m literally never coming back.
