This was my first try at this place. I enjoyed having the dinner. There was a slight confusion regarding the dine in/ Take Away option. One thing I noticed it didn’t have many varieties in the Happy Meal option.All in all had a good time and I’m lovin’ it.
Must also mention there is a kids play area which I really Liked about it.

I was disappointed after ordering a shamrock shake off of the automated menu, when my food came and the attendant told me they were sorry, but they didnt have it. They didnt offer me to refund that portion of my purchase or any say in the matter at all, and just decided to substitute something else. I feel that an in-person cashier could have communicated this. But I dont understand why if an item isn’t available in the kitchen, why its available on the menu. I hate that all ordering is now directed through the automated menu. It lacks the personal touch, friendliness, and order accuracy that a human provides, all in the name of increased profit margin. Mcdonalds has turned into an overpriced vending machine.

I understand its fast food, but after making us wait, we got a super-salty fries eventhough I ordered for lightly-salted fries. I got this much for my sundae eventhough I paid for a regular-sized sundae

2024-May. There were lots of parking spaces available.
The play place was clean. Kids loved it. They share the restrooms with the convenience store. The restroom was clean.
The staff was pleasant.
They have 2 electronic ordering kiosks.
What more can I say? They got all our order correct! Lol
It’s good to have the kids play.

Consistently screws up drive through orders. About 1 out of 3. Just enough that I forget and don’t check until I get home. Big things too, this time they didn’t give me a burger. Just a bag of fries.

Worst location in the area. Ordered ahead on the app on my way to an appointment. Nothing crazy – 2 kids meals and a snack wrap meal. Waited 15 minutes – no food. Go inside and they haven’t even started making my order! I watched 10+ cars go through the drive thru. Waited another 5-10 minutes inside for my food. Think the manager on duty apologized? Nope. I went from being early for my appointment to being late. Skip this location and go to one of the other many locations. Also, this was at 1 pm and I wouldn’t say they were slammed and definitely didn’t appear to be understaffed.

Ordered shakes in the restaurant- no topping. One came with topping – wanted to scrape it off and they looked incredulous but obliged (could have just rejected it but it would have been a waste). Chocolate shake was 1/4 chocolate. Too bad.

I’ve almost never get the sauce packets I asked for which is especially bad considering they cost .25 cents here now. And I just got handed a drink that was handed to the car in front of me. Disgusting that they think this is okay, I often hear people screaming and the staff genuinely seems under trained and miserable. Please pick a different mc Donald’s and avoid this place at all costs.
