We had a good lunch here after some chores. We had headed to Culvers next door, but it was slammed.

We had good burgers and fry combo for wifey, and I had their Chili. The chili was the usual great chili, and frankly didn’t miss the line next door.

If you come to get something else next door, such as the custard, you can also go to Freddies or Andy’s, but the Wendy’s chili is only at Wendy’s.

Location was clean and had good choices for whatever you would like to do. We sat at a nice library table, but there were areas you could sit and work in easy chairs if that was what you liked.

Friendly staff, and doing a good drivethru business.

Bye bye! 0% chance this location isn’t included in the cuts. The worst option stuck between two obviously superior burger joints, plus their aggressive staff, awful pricing, inconsistent hours, terrible drive thru experience and general absence of any customer service. Dave Thomas weeps at what happened to his empire but this one put a smile on my face.

I try Wendy’s Angus burger. It was OK different taste. I was hungry and wanted to try something different. Get cold but overall atmosphere was clean. The service was excellent because right after my order I received my food and it was brought to me on a tray less than 10 minutes after Ordering that was pretty impressed.

So I don’t normally practice putting bad reviews out there… But when I’m asked by certain people to do reviews of certain restaurants, I go ahead and do . I went to Wendy’s today and got 2 single burgers with no cheese. No tomatoes, no ketchup. Extra onions. That’s it. Paid for it in the drive-thru lane and left. Checked my order yes tomatoes, and barely any onions. No mayonnaise, no mustard… And they went ahead and threw cheese on there just cuz I asked specifically not to get that too.. I’m super allergic… Not a big deal so I got out of my vehicle. Went in and asked for my order to be redone… After 10 minutes of standing in line the gentleman brought up my burger gave me the burger. I looked in the bag and there’s only one burger. He said he was very sorry about that and the manager went back and helped him make the second sandwich. She threw an extra fry in there for me which I did not ask for cuz I do not eat french fries and told me she was sorry and I left again. I went out to my vehicle, checked the order. Both burgers were completely different and completely wrong again. Now my drive-thru of 5 minutes is turned into a 35 minute ordeal. I return back to the restaurant and ask for my money back. The lady that’s the manager telling me that she is the trainer for Wendy’s decided to go south on me and become very belligerent.. All I ask for was my money back after trying to purchase food two times in both of my orders being incorrect. She went ahead and called the manager from the back to oversee the situation.. he would seem like very nice older gentleman and was put in a very bad position and his words.. The only bad position he was put in is they had hired a training manager that cannot control the restaurant or her employees that she is training and is in no way capable and or responsible enough to be in that position… that continue to do the wrong thing and when you ask them to fix the situation they turn it back around on you and say that you’re the one that’s out of control.. unfortunately for her she did not come into my restaurant and ask me for food because I would have made sure that the service was completely different and she would have walked out with a smile on her face even if my business had messed up her order two or three times… Apparently she has never worked in the real restaurant industry, real restaurant, and has no clue on what it’s like to take care of people and customers. On that note, I will never return to Wendy’s again. I feel very bad for the owners and the people that work there. They have no clue. No guidance and it’s a very sad situation. I would definitely 100% not recommend going to Wendy’s on the corner of state line and 79th Street ever… I personally cannot believe after being in the restaurant industry that a corporation and or company like Wendy’s would hire somebody so unprofessional too train their employees… I would love to speak to the owner or the upper management about my experience and I could go into greater detail about it and explain to them how in a few quick steps they could avoid the situation ever again

This is my granddaughter’s favorite place! We get food at the drive thru, then park and go inside. Today’s food was perfect. Hot nuggets, a chocolate frosty, and a bacon,cheesy potato hit the spot. My granddaughter said add, “The music is good.”

This place is a joke and don’t waste your money. They seriously suck and should close down. I’ve gone here a couple of times and it’s always the same.

They’re rude, they always get the order wrong, and take forever to give the food.

Look at the placement of the cheese on the sandwich. Additionally- I asked for extra cheese sauce on the baconator fries, there clearly isn’t any

This was a terrible experience. I highly recommend never going to this Wendy’s. I had to order for three people and the original cashier had zero patience and threw a bunch of attitude. I got someone else to take my order and got back to work to check food I was missing the sauce for three people no silverware and three sandwiches were super dry and quite frankly gross. Not to mention the coke machine only had two drink options.. this honestly gave me a slight panic attack in your store. That woman should not be in customer service.

I’ve asked several times going through the drive thru for multiple sauces or to get some extra ones and every time they say yeah I’ll get that for you and Everytime I get one sauce maybe two if I’m lucky. It would be fine if they said nah we can’t do that or hey you need to pay for extra sauce. I would gladly pay for some extra sauce but NO they never say that. All I’m asking is for sauce and a decent amount of it and let me pay to get a sweaty handful of em. It’s not that hard
