I stopped and got two bean burritos extra red sauce extra beans extra cheese and the shells were dry so I took them back in and told them that I could get some fresh I would be appreciated and when I was leaving I took him with me and said I just put them to my dogs while I can’t feed him to come dogs can’t have onion usually they eat them cuz I don’t usually put extra onion cuz it’s usually for my dad so as I was leaving I heard one of the workers say oh yes she’s going to eat them no thank you I threw them away why would I come back fresh if I wanted to eat them I don’t eat food that is not good sorry I didn’t appreciate that thank you

We just went through the drive thru and for spending almost $30 (for what little food we ordered) it was disappointing. One of our 3$ steak burritos was as flat as a cheese roll up. It had 3 pieces of steak, no red strips, no pico & barely anything else. It tasted like it had extra chipotle on it when it was suppose to be light. The 3$ cheesy melt steak burrito we ordered was almost just as bad. The crunchy tacos are a hit & miss. You may get good taco shells you may not. Anymore, it seems that we get either soggy or broken or both. Not sure what the problem was today. Next, you should probably train your employees to answer the phone like they may care just a little. When I called all she said was Taco Bell & sounded like her life was depressing. When I said thank you before we hung up all I got was yep. Not good customer service & I’m assuming she’s some kind of manager or crew leader. I should’ve taken pics but I didn’t. We were all hungry but I will definitely do so next time! The girl taking our order & at the window was very nice.

I love placing my order online only to wait in the drive thru line out to the road. It’s well before 10 pm. I also work food service and maybe they should just close the damn drive thru. This happens way too often. I can’t wait for Trenton to open back up!

The worst crunchwrap I’ve ever had. Zero crunch, just a soggy shell inside. The whole thing is so flat. It’s almost like a generic version of the crunchwrap. This Taco Bell does not know how to Taco Bell.
