As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Now I love checkers but it don’t cost anything to have manners wait time at the menu 10 minutes and than no one’s in line and still had me to pull up no hair neat no gloves, now when the manager there things run smoothly but when he’s not all hell breaks loose. Headphones to personal phone on not professional AT ALL.

I don’t even leave reviews, but the wait was so long I’m talking an hour. Then I went in line to get a refund and waited another 20 minutes for that. I don’t want the store to close, but they need competent leadership and more staff.

I just got to the window, the manager says she won’t give me a refund but will make the food. I told her to keep the $12.00 and drove off. I didn’t want yo be typical and cause a scene. This is ridiculous.

I just ordered 2 of the $4 meals and my cheese double was burnt and my buns was hard and stale. I got the wrong meal for the second order got a burger instead of a spicy chicken sandwich, food was cold not happy at all with the service. Instead of sitting outside they should’ve been inside making sure they have fresh food to serve!!!!

my blood sugar was dropping so Zi stopped at checkers on ordered a classic double cheese burger and a drink. I was told to drive around and park. Ok. thought I would be getting a fresh hot burger. Nope. after 10 minutes my food was brought out. I went over to go through the car wash went to eat my burger and it was cold. cheese not melted so I know they made me a coke burger. I will NOT go back.

I orderd chilli cheese fries an not only did i have to sit an waite for twenty plus minutes for this very small order but the service was not good an the chilli was so old it had a funny taste to it an was not eatable. The fries were cold an it didnt have cheese…..

I placed an order through the app. When I arrived, the cashier was friendly at first and handed me my food without any issues. After running a few errands, I realized the French fries from my combo were missing from the bag.

I returned to the restaurant to have the mistake corrected, thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, the same cashier and another employee became rude and dismissive, accused me of lying, and actually slammed the window in my face. I showed them the bag—clearly missing fries and with no sign that any were ever there, not even residue. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me her brother is the manager and that she runs the store, so I’d need to come back the next day.

What really pushed me over the edge was her comment: “You’re yelling over some fries.” Yes—I am raising my voice over fries, because I paid for them. It’s not about the cost, it’s about the principle. The fries aren’t coming out of their pockets, so why the attitude?

It wasn’t just about the missing item—it was the sheer lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. These employees acted like they were doing me a favor instead of correcting their mistake.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this was unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, I can only hope management steps in before something escalates with the wrong person. Not everyone will respond as calmly as I did.

Update: I spoke with the so-called manager and it only confirmed everything. Rude, dismissive, and clearly not equipped to handle complaints professionally. If this is the leadership, it explains everything else. I truly hope better staff is brought into this location soon, because the current team is dragging the brand down.

The food could be better looking instead of being sloppy. The personnel doesn’t where gloves or aprons, but they are polite. The inside doesn’t look clean which turns me off and stops me from ordering. The value menu ISN’T A VALUE MENU AT ALL, the VALUE MENU ITEMS ARE TOOOOOO EXPENSIVE.
