What is the point ordering ahead on the app when you still have to wait 5-10 when you get there??? This is unacceptable especially when you have to be to work… ergo why you ORDER AHEAD!!!
I am amending my review to one star because I literally only ordered two things oatmeal and a hash brown… They forgot the hash brown!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I can’t go back because I’m already late for work because I had to wait on them to get two things and theymissed one!!!! This is at 5:40 in the morning and there was literally no one in the line and no one inside the store… UNACCEPTABLE!!! Beyond pissed off.

Ordered food for my family on the app to pickup at the counter and still had to wait more than 15 minutes and the food was not hot. Lots of young kids working there that were standing around talking rather than working. Unbelievable that the manager let’s this happen.

This place is inconsistent as can be. Always order the same thing, double quarter pounder meal. Sometimes it’s great, but half the time it’s sucks. Only get a single instead of a double like i order and Sometimes they put so much salt that it’s inedible. Sometimes the fries are great and sometimes they are cold and mushy, but they always charge me the same amount. Only consistent thing they can do!!!

I apparently have short term memory issues as I continue to visit here for a treat, often the advertised one, such as the shamrock shake today. Despite the giant sign displaying its availability, no ice cream products are ever actually available for purchase. Every time, they are sold out of the item. Maybe just don’t sell ice cream at all?

Ordered at drive through using the mobile app at 5:26 pm, I am STILL waiting at the drive through as of 5:59. They brought out 3 orders that weren’t mine and were the orders of the people behind me. This happened three times to me!! What is the point of fast food when you have to wait in your car for 20+ minutes to get your food and having it be mistaken 3 times

I believe I was overcharged. When brought to attention of manager she wanted to argue. I took the foid & left. In addition, she berated employees there to pick up what appeared to be paychecks for coming between 11 & 2 in front of the entire restaurant. Very unprofessional. I doubt i will return there. I find a different McDonalds for future visits.

Placed 3 orders of Hotcakes and received NO Syrup, although i got plenty of salt and pepper. Called to inform Manager who simply stated “Im sorry bout that”. No compensation offered. (mind you this is the 3rd time i got no Syrup on a hotcakes order)

Fairly nice and clean. Manager was running tables and was a little rude or dismissive but it was a busy time. Responded to my pleases and thank you with grunts and blank stairs. Still, check my reviews of other Mickey D’s and this one stand out as much nicer.

Beautiful lobby but rude, disrespectful workers. From the moment we walked in, we were stared at. We didn’t order at the counter so we just tried to ignore them. But the grown, old dude mopping in everyone’s way laughed at my husband slipping and then he proceeded to get in my personally space after my husband went to the restroom and pushed the mop nearly on my feet where I was sitting. I clearly was uncomfortable and upset about this and the worker just laughed about it as I was leaving. Even though we spoke to no one prior to waiting on our Togo orders, we felt unwanted and pushed to leave quicker. Listen to the ratings, no matter how pretty a place is, it’s to make up for the terrible food and disrespectful workers. Not worth it, I will not be returning

Customer service was beyond awful. The woman behind the counter ignored me for about 7 minutes at the front counter. 12.05.25. When she did finally wait on me, she was the exact opposite of nice. Also, there were two homeless guys in the back working on their aerosol container and they took turns going to the bathroom to get high. My friends and I usually go there the first Friday of the month, but we are never going back.
