The service was TRASH! The bartender seems like he hated his job. No greeting or anything. Just threw the menus down and went away. I asked was happy hour over and his response was rude. The drink was ok and the food was terrible. Definitely won’t be going back!

We stopped into The Thirsty Turtle with a group of eight and were surprised by how unwelcoming the experience was, especially since we were the only guests in the building. We asked if we could push two tables together, which didn’t seem to be an issue, but after being handed menus we were not greeted, offered drinks, or checked on in any way.
Both staff members remained at the bar the entire time — one was seated and the other was leaning against the bar — and there was no attempt to engage with our table. When my sister asked from the table whether they carried White Claw, the response felt very reluctant, and even then no one asked if the rest of us would like to order beverages.
After waiting without any service, we felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. I did try to address it on the way out because, as someone who works in the service industry, I was genuinely surprised by how unwelcome we felt despite the restaurant being empty.
We ended up going down the street to Maria Bonita, where we received prompt, friendly service and were happy to leave a generous tip.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as basic hospitality and communication would have completely changed this experience.

This place was absolutely beautiful and a straight vibe. The service for the most part was good. The food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere was sports club vibes but if they were going to have activities on in Spanish they could have at least gave us subtitles or closed captions. There were 2 kids in there after 9pm and I was annoyed. I want 2 drink and chill with GROWN FOLK and not have to worry about lil kids. Lastly there were people sitting on the patio and suddenly a gas leak broke and people began in a panic running every which way and needless to say they dined and dashed. Many waitresses did not get a nice tip because of people not showing integrity. The gas was seeping but no one acted as if it were a serious matter. It was way 2 serious. The drive was preparing for karaoke and singers and there was so much chaos that the 1st few acts just were like 4get it.

I have 8 years being loyal to this restaurant . I love their food but as of today I had a bad experience. The food I ordered was wrong, the service took long, and we didn’t get the food we asked for. And the server was not nice . I am sad that this has occurred at this restaurant when it shouldn’t have.The server Fernanda who served us didn’t present nice to us at all. My co workers asked her what was the best meat and what she recommends asked but it did not seem like she wanted to talk and horrible attitude. For this position it needs nice people and good attitude. I would think about coming to this place again after this experience.

It’s was just ok. The rattlesnake pasta was really good but the burgers and wings were not great and it was very over priced. The waitress was nice but she smelled so strongly of a powder sent that it lingered even after she left.

I’m very disappointed in the service I received today. The server was extremely rude to me for no reason. I was there with my coworkers, and when placing my order, I asked for a 10-piece wing — half lemon pepper and half mango habanero, naked. The server confirmed that I could choose two flavors, so I went ahead with that order.
When my food came out, it was breaded, and both flavors were mixed together. I politely got the server’s attention and explained that my order was wrong — I wanted 5 lemon pepper and 5 mango habanero wings, not mixed. Her response shocked me. She insisted that I told her to mix the flavors (which I didn’t) and said that if I wanted it remade correctly, I would have to pay for both orders. She then said, “That’s a you problem,” which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional.
My coworker got the manager, and thankfully he corrected the order, but by that point, I didn’t even feel comfortable eating my food because of how I was treated. The experience completely ruined the meal.

We went when it was chill, glad too didn’t feel like a big crowd, but nice atmosphere and our waitress was patience and very professional. Food was good and plentiful, but would like to come back when it’s jumping.
