Spent $50 here and this is seriously the amount of sauce I got? Two cups that aren’t even full. For that price, sauce shouldn’t feel like a luxury item. The food itself is decent, but portions like this make it feel super cheap and disappointing. If you’re charging premium prices, the sauce should at least fill. Do better.

There is no way I went to a classic restaurant and received the worst food ever. They added meat to my food after it was rang in properly starting no meat. So they had to remake it but I had to wait 20 minutes because they ran out of Alfredo. Fazolis is my go to place but I usually go to Washington street Indianapolis. The lobby stinks and it’s leaking everywhere … smells like mildew. I got two medium sprites and they were flat and disgusting. To terrible to even drink. No ice in the lobby…. I didn’t realize the extent of it being dirty until I paid and went to make my drinks. The lettuce in my salad is brown and disgusting… I wish I would have seen it while I was there… the quality of the food is disappointing….. I’m completely disgusted and disappointed by this location. This is terrible…. I had to go get something else to eat…. Not even to mention….. the lady in the kitchen had on gloves and making food… while she was on her phone… I don’t think the purpose of gloves is to handle your phone. No sense of food safety.

Service was non existent. The drink machine had no ice and when we asked for ice at the counter they were annoyed and carrier out cups with their fingers inside of the cups. The restrooms were dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. All the employees behind the counter were on their cell phones sitting on the floor. Easily the worst Fazoli’s we’ve even to.

Excellent service! The staff was shorthanded and busy, but maintained a very positive and attentive attitude throughout our experience. From their demeanor, you would never have known the stress they were under. Food was hot and tasted great!

I came in on Sunday, December 7, and I have to say the two young ladies working—Justine and Madison—were fantastic. They were taking orders, preparing food, and keeping the dining area spotless. The service I received from them was the best I’ve ever had at this location. I’ll definitely be back to see them.

I will never go back. The dressing taste like vinegar. The spaghetti sauce is nothing but tomatoes not even a meat sauce like they say it is. Old product used. The Pizza was burnt. they garlic bread taste tasted like nothing but salt. All together this was a really bad experience

This is the second time we have been and the bread sticks have been very hard. I don’t think we’ll be back and will be referring others to drive the distance to another location. 18 bread sticks and they managed to give us 2 fresh.

Angie (certified trainer) at the Greenwood fazolis made our experience amazing! After the lady at the counter taking our order was rude, Angie swooped in and saved the day! She was super sweet, very accommodating and amazing customer service! If all restaurants had an Angie, customers would be happy, tips would be bigger and business would be booming!
