I’ve been coming to this location for 4 months never had a problem until tonight November 12th 2025 I’ve ordered twice here tonight and then I end up going to the restroom handling my business and then a worker came in there saying that if I don’t get out in one minute they’re going to call security on me and I’ve always been a paying customer I never had any issues I’ve always had a friendly attitude and behavior towards staff and other customers and unfortunately I won’t be coming back to this location because there’s no reason for that kind of mannerism and I especially won’t tolerate it.

Jude is the best most friendly guy ever, he deserves a raise! The burger was good, didn’t wait more than a minute or two for it and again Jude is the friendliest guy you can meet! I’d 100% come here again just to chat with him some more at the very least!

I stopped here the other day to get my daughter (5) and I something for lunch. While the server was very nice, it did seem it took them a while to get the order right with me having to go up to the counter for five times to correct them. Everyone was very friendly inside the restaurant, which was very clean. However, when I left, there was a large group of adults outside doing drugs, and one of them said that I should “ not bring your child here because this is where people do drugs.” I had to agree because as I left, I had to pick my five year-old up to keep her from stepping on needles and pieces of tinfoil all over the ground. Also, the guy in the group of people and the group of people themselves did not stop doing their drugs while my daughter and I went by despite their warning. The neighborhood has completely lost it. There is homeless people and drug use everywhere. I didn’t feel safe and I will not be going back, and that’s coming from someone that has lived in Portland for quite some time.

There’s almost never a wait. Whether that’s because of the service, the food quality, or the amount of traffic in the area I couldn’t tell you but when a restaurant’s best feature is that it rarely has a long queue that doesn’t really bode well for the food quality.

Fast fresh and came as ordered first time, not having to be corrected! Great variety and awesome drink selection. Wonderful chocolate shakes! Great ice cream cones ;machine is never broken or being cleaned. Excellent quality decent value. Nice workers. Took are off because outside dining spot is removed and unavailable. Otherwise no complaints use app to get best deals and crowns (points for free food )

I want to give this place five stars but when I came for breakfast around 7 a.m. they kept me waiting for a longer than typical time despite the fact that there was no one inside the restaurant and just one car at the drive-thru. When I did order, my French toast took a pretty long time to arrive. Besides that, the place was nice an clean. Service was fine, nothing special.
