Today was the third or fourth time visiting this location. I always take the drive-thru.

The pros:

Customer service has always been top notch! Every worker I’ve interacted with has been wonderful and respectful.

The atmosphere has also been top-notch. The parking lot and facility is always clean.

The cons:

The food has been very good and the orders have always been complete… except today.

Today I ordered either the Jack’s Spicy Chicken and Cheese combo or the Jack’s Spicy Chicken combo. I also ordered the 3 piece jalapeño poppers and a Oreo milkshake.

What I got was 2 jalapeño poppers, a bland Jack’s Spicy Chicken and Cheese with no buttery sauce or a bland Jack’s Spicy Chicken with no buttery sauce, and fries with no salt on them. I added salt to my fries 2 or 3 times, but they still taste like plain fried strips of potato.

The Oreo Milkshake was good, as was the poppers.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what this would be.
This location continues to struggle with basic execution and communication, especially when it comes to mobile orders.
On my most recent visit, I placed a mobile order and waited far longer than necessary because there was no indication that the order was ready. The designated mobile order pickup stand was completely empty, and no order number or name was ever called out. After waiting and eventually asking the cashier, I was told the order had already been finished and was being kept behind the counter the entire time.
If mobile orders are not actually placed on the pickup stand and are not announced, customers need to be clearly told to ask for them. Otherwise, people are left standing there assuming their order isn’t ready. This completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile ordering system and a dedicated pickup area.
This is especially frustrating because it’s not an isolated issue. On a previous visit, I also experienced problems with drink portions and equipment not working properly. While the food itself is generally fine, poor communication, unclear processes, and inconsistent execution continue to drag down the experience.
I want to like this location, but basic fixes—calling out orders, using the pickup stand correctly, or posting a simple sign—would make a huge difference. Until that’s addressed, mobile ordering here feels more inconvenient than helpful.

I accidentally ordered here and was at a different location. I called immediately after and they told me they would honer the refund the day I did go to this location they honored my past order and fufilled it. I’m now full and very happy the team today was excellent and provided 10/10 service, rather be full than have the refund today.

I visited the store to pick up some food for a friend. She always gets the same thing and asked for two of the sausage breakfast sandwiches. I have not ordered them before so I asked the cashier about the breakfast sandwiches. And instead of being accommodating and inviting he was just Moody and pointed to so many things on the menu asked me which of the sandwiches I wanted and started to name them off and pointed all over the place on the long menu. He showed me the breakfast Jack finally and I decided on that one because I wasn’t sure and I was reaching out to my friend simultaneously to ask exactly what she wanted. After she showed me that the breakfast sandwiches were usually $2.99 I realized that the cashier showed me everything on the menu except those. I asked him if we could change it to those and he reluctantly and with some kind of attitude talk to the staff behind me never answered my question and then turn back to me and then said yeah okay. I asked him if he needed the receipt to adjust the price and give me the correct change he said know you’ll be getting a dollar back. After that he never adjusted the amount on the cash register he just went behind himself and got two $1 bills I don’t know if you got them from another employee or from his own pocket but he had me those. The whole time I was talking to this man I felt like he did not want me to be at the store and he did not want to help me with this transaction. It was like pulling teeth with this guy. I also ordered 2 hash browns for her. This transaction was rushed less than professional and not very welcoming at all. The cashier who took my order was a man named Ishmael. Sometimes people have bad moments or bad days but in this case you definitely should not be serving customers because at that time you are serving in the capacity of the business itself and you are the business as far as the customer is concerned. Understand that people value the food that they put in their mouths and the money that they pay for it with regardless of the cost all the items. Very rude and disrespectful. Especially after I watched the transaction just before the one with me and the cashier unfold in a friendly manner from the same cashier. Get it right!

i like to go here for lunch which is nice for under $3 for some tacos… im usually hungry and i just start eating but this morning i felt something papery in my mouth (thinking i ate part of the taco paper wrap) and to my surprise i pulled out a empty candy wrapper. my first thought was i hope i didnt eat what used to be candy or what was in someones mouth and then somehow ended up cooked inside my taco… needless to say i think im traumatized to ever eat at jack in the box again, i know the food was in my budget but no, just no this is gross

I have been to this jack in the box so many times during college it is not even funny. Every time I went here they were always nice and always go my order right no matter what time of day it was whether it was 6am, noon, or 2 in the morning they always were on top of it. Good service and the food is what you expect which is jack in the box, not the best but still pretty good.

This location is great, it sits right at the corner of Priest and Broadway to it’s very easy to get in and out of. The inside is clean and contemporary and the staff was very helpful.

I ordered the wrong thing in the drive through so I parked and went inside. The lady that greeted me was attentive and after listening she asked “so you wanted the meal?” After answering in the affirmative, she said, we’ll make it for you.

With that, she brought the full meal in about 4 minutes and didn’t make me pay for it. She was delightful to work with and was helpful.
