Just wanted to compliment the management of the Hanes Mall Chick fil A. We didn’t feel like our food was up to their usual standards; kind of had a funky taste. We told them about our concerns and they listened! They replaced our sandwich and confirmed that yes, the oil was scheduled to be changed. Thanks Chik Fil A!

Chick fila is high quality fast food and the service is unmatched. That drive thru line might be long but trust me they get you in and out fast. Try the chick fila sauce. Get a milkshake if they have a good seasonal option.

Although unusual, we had a bad experience at this location. The best part of the visit was the quick ordering and service, not at all crowded like the non-mall locations. The grilled sandwich had a cold bun. The fruit cup which required a $1.41 upcharge had only about 20 little fruit pieces, only half way filling the plastic container.

I’ve never had any issues when ordering my milkshake. Usually EVERY Chick-fil-A I go to serves you a milkshake in a REGULAR size cup NOT in a SMALL CUP. Went back and apparently that’s how they always been served, in a SMALL CUP!
