Absolutely HORRIBLE service. What has happened to this place? My family has been coming to this location for years and I always looked forward to it.
My last two visits over the past 2 weeks were terrible. I had ordered ‘curdside’ and received a message that my order would be out shortly. I waited in the car for 20 minutes before going in the store, only to find that my order had been sitting on the curdside shelf behind the counter and nobody brought it out. Our food was cold, which sucked, considering what we pay.
Tonight we went through the drive through (order was a scoopie meal and a chicken sandwich basket + concrete mixer)and sat for 20 minutes as everyone else was getting their food. I nicely asked an employee if he could check on our order, but never heard back. Parked in the lot and went in to a frantic scene where nobody knew what was going on and our food had been sitting there the whole time. Management is NOT supporting the workers and the service is literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Another ice cold cheeseburger and my son’s crispy chicken sandwich DID NOT EVEN HAVE A TOP BUN. Do NOT go to this Culver’s. Drive for 10-15 minutes and find a location that knows how to train/support their team.

Went here for dinner for my family and now I will never be back. We went on August first at 9:30pm for a quick bite after moving we were all exhausted and hungry and thought this would be great! I was so wrong. My 4 years olds corn dog literally fell apart!!! Our burgers had no bacon, salad lettuce and were slapped together quickly and all over, the curds we only received 1 curd out of 5 and there was grease in our root beers. My kids were in tears after opening their food. There was no line! We spoke to the manager on duty who said she planned to quit because no one did what they were supposed to or listened and the cook did whatever he wanted. She also said she would send out coupons for our 4 combo meals and kids meal that were all upgraded to have cheese curds. Here we are almost 2 months later, we never received coupons and we were never refunded. Poor business.

We went there today and my daughter had the kids chicken tenders
They was completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Our food was ice cold and the fries tasted like they sat all day and was so soggy and cold. I had the mushroom and swiss and it was cold and had hardly no mushrooms on it and was so greasy that it made the whole sandwich soggy. They was also out of lot of stuff and the way the employees and the manager was talking is not acceptable when there are kids in the dining area. We definitely won’t be back

The service was slow and choppy. When the food finally came out the order was incorrect. I ordered a sourdough it looked terrible and the bread wasn’t even cooked correctly and the patties were super salty. Hospitality was great despite everything, thank you to the ladies who were trying to make a difference at work.

Stopped there Friday night and ordered fish. Place was very busy; Order took 31 minutes to arrive. Very disappointed and neighboring tables indicated not too uncommon to have a long wait. While I understand peak times results in longer wait times but supper club wait time for fast food/fish dinner suggests this location needs to modify their strategy and make some adjustments. If you see many cars in lot, find another place to eat if you are in a hurry. Not a typical Culvers experience thankfully.

We had the North Atlantic Cod, Shrimp, and Chili, and all these tasted delicious. Not too much batter, which is ideal for me – the meat not lost in it.

The cooks didn’t cook my burger right it was raw, I still have stomach pain afterward. The last time I went there, they cook the food much better than this time. I had to go back so they can cook me another burger also told them to please not forget to put my lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles on my sandwich

I feel that you shouldn’t have to wait for everyone’s food to be done if you just order ice cream. And only 1 flavor of the day ice cream. I’m still waiting in line for 25min.. won’t be back. Staff doesn’t seem to care and didn’t even greet at the drive through window. It’s 9/28 at 1pm

Been to this location many times. Today when I picked up curbside, I brought my dog with me for a ride. When my order was brought to me, the Culvers employee noticed my dog and had me wait a moment while she ran back inside for a pup cup! The only thing better than the food is the service!
