Fujiyama seriously might be my next favorite sushi spot to hang out at downtown! The ambiance and aesthetic of the restaurant made me feel like was working in luxury while did a food photography shoot there.
The person I worked with there was fun and easy to work with but the food was truly outstanding. I can’t eat a lot of fish so I was so happy to find out they had vegetarian and vegan options for rolls as well!
They had a lot more to offer such as ramen and and rice bowls which, sadly, I didn’t get to try but I definitely plan on it next time I’m in!

This is some really good sushi. I love sushi and eat it quite a bit and this place really did it for me. From the cozy relaxing atmosphere to the blinky light and decorative plate, I enjoyed everything about this place. I would recommend it to anyone looking for some good eats and the names of their sushi rolls are pretty entertaining. Names like Monkey brains, and something like who’s your daddy roll (I might be a little off on that last name) but you get the idea.
Even the bathroom was cute so I took pictures of that too. I mean who doesn’t want a cute little plant in the stall with you while you’re making room for more sushi.
