This place is going down hill fast. No one at the counter to help you. Old grease tasting food. Today was just nasty!!! Order a Del taco Go Bold I thought it was an order of fries with sauce this is what I got.also the donut bites I only got 3 when it used to be 4 of them .

everyone has bad days, especially in work that requires you to interact with the public solely. however, to our mans with the ponytail and corny bandaid on his nose; when i politely ask for extra sauce (maintaining my politeness when you’ve been acting nothing but inconvenienced off the rip taking my order at your job you’ve literally chose to be employed at) you have even more of an attitude and i get home and see this kind of passive aggressiveness.. i think you need to look in the mirror and reflect on if you’re that sad at work to seek whatever it is else you want for yourself instead of thinking you’re making yourself feel better by making customers feel like theyre out of pocket and a nuisance with one with a simple request that doesn’t come out your pockets. won’t be returning based off of this little interaction alone, thanks for the 30 sauce packets for 6 items though?

Del Taco tops the other Mexican inspired Fast Food chains. Fresh, identifiable food products rule the menu. And, for some reason (blame it on good management?⁷) I am always greeted with a warm greeting and smile. How does one do that at 6am? DEL TACO is my ONLY fast food guilty pleasure! Thank you! I read some reviews about it being dirty etc. But I love the food so I went anyway. And I will say this: This Del Taco is so clean I have never seen this in a restaurant like this. The staff was friendly and my order was taken quickly. The food was very good. If you guys are leaving bad reviews, please come back after a while, see if the staff can fix the mistakes and leave a new review, that would be fair.

Normally I love this place but now they don’t even have anyone at the counter to take your order. They advertise free senior drink, but today they charged me for that tiny little drink. If I knew I would be charged for it, I would have ordered the large drink which is only about 25 cents more than the tiny free drink!

Nice change from Taco Bell. Tacos are better than the Bell, but burritos are not quite as good and nachos are a disappointment. Interesting variety includes fish tacos and other non traditional menu items.

They have theeee best Strawberry shakes ever !! I highly recommend. The regular size is too much for me BUT they have a Mini Size ! It’s perfect. Their food is pretty good, they have cheese burgers as well and they are pretty tasty was not expecting that lol so far the times I have gone the staff has been pretty friendly and awesome, they do need more than 2-3 people at night since this location tends to get busy.

What an absolute crap show. DO NOT come here for food when the bell is just down the street. My wife and I cam for dinner and man what a mistake. my fries were cold as ice and not completely cooked, and I ordered the epic failure burrito meal. my burrito was a mess, the beans were runny almost as runny as the beef slurry they think is meat. they tossed it into a giant microwaved shell that was the consistency of tire rubber and half wrapped it in foil and tossed it in a bag. it was no joke like trying to eat a water balloon. the staff is short with you and come across as rushed and rude. if I spend this kind of stupid money for a meal I expect to be able to eat it. my dinner was completely inedible and I had to stop by the Taco Truck (which should have been my first choice, they were awesome) to get dinner. I feel ripped off.

ordered through DoorDash and hard shell tacos were good but epic fresh guacamole burrito was a rip off. Little to no guacamole and very little chicken. I have only eaten at Del Taco a half dozen times but will never go back.

The guy who works nights needs to be removed from customer service. Maybe when customers come to the window, don’t audibly sigh at them. He’s incredibly rude every single time. If he hates his job that much, he should probably find something else. He ruins the vibe. Seriously. He needs to do anything that isn’t customer facing.
