The lady that took our order was pleasant.
The gals at the pick-up window were less than pleasant. No eye contact. I felt like we were imposing on them.
The bread on half of my sandwich was torn, pictures included. Impossible to eat like a sandwich. I had to ask for a fork to eat it. The pick-up window lady, again, wasn’t very happy.
My daughter’s Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich barely had any sauce on it. I had to ask for some sauce. They were out, but scrounged around for a tiny bit. It was 11 am, so you’d think they’d have plenty.
We really doubt we’ll return to this location.

This morning I had a great experience at Panera Bread. There was an issue with the Asiago bagels, but I decided to wait until they were freshly baked, and I’m really glad I did. The staff treated me so well during the wait—they were kind, patient, and very friendly the entire time. Even though it took a little longer, their positive attitude and great customer service made the experience totally worth it. I truly appreciate how nice and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I apologize for my wordy analysis I am a business student but I will sum it up with: I would not recommend nor return to this panera. I’m disheartened as someone who could use a nice eatery near my home for a quick breakfast/lunch and study spot. As someone who wasted money at this establishment I’m sick that businesses like these are still standing. It’s a money pit to the community. The cinnamon bagel smelled like vomit, so I’m guessing it was expired, not handled with gloves, not stored properly, or all three. The store itself was filthy and there were flies buzzing around the kitchen as the food was being prepared. The lady at the counter was nice, but everyone else seemed overworked and kept making mistakes with orders in the 15 minutes I was there. My order was completely inedible, and yet I waited behind 7 other people (who ordered after me) to receive one sandwich. My sandwich only had bread, egg whites, avocado, and tomato. It was also disgusting. The avocado had a strong unripe flavor with the texture of mold and the bread was stale and then burnt on top of that. The drive thru set up is also unnecessarily taxing, so don’t waste your time. I have been there twice. Today, which is what drove me to write this review, and three years ago when I vowed never to come back for all the same things I listed here. Except, I couldn’t remember why I disliked this panera and decided to challenge that in hopes that change had occurred. This time I will remember all the reasons I have avoided this place, and hopefully I’ve helped someone else avoid wasting their money, too. Mainly, I wrote this in such detail for the business itself with still lingering hope that some improvements can come from my feedback and save future unwitting customers.

I recently went to Panera for a pick two lunch. My favorite is the French onion soup plus the Fuji chicken apple salad. Both were delicious and the quantity was satisfactory. I didn’t wait very long either.
I don’t go very often, but when I do, I generally have a good experience.

Convenience to this location on my drive in most mornings is actually no longer a deciding factor in visiting this location. I’d advise others to use another location. The staff here looks super worn down, tired, not motivated or anything to provide a good customer service experience. It’s unfortunate but reality when it takes 20 mins through a drive through for a coffee and a bagel straight out of the bin. One car in front of you. Management needs to change the course of this store and hopefully they do so soon.

Ordered in person for “to go” Ordered the new French dip, chicken salad (dbl salad)and tomato soup. Soup and Chicken were good. The beef had hardly any meat on it and there was no sandwich dipping juice. Big disappointment..
Staff was nice at time of ordering.
We didn’t call them- it was too far to go back anyway.

I ordered two bagels to go and they were very good! The reason I gave a three star review is because the lady who took my order wasn’t very friendly. I have ordered from many Panera restaurants (different locations throughout Midwest) and never felt that way. Also, one of the bathrooms had water all over the floor. There was not a single sign to warn the customers about the wet floor. I decided to let the lady that took my order know about the flooded floor in the bathroom and she told me that she knew the situation and the plumber is on his way. If she knew the floor had water why there wasn’t any sign to inform the customers.

Max was SO fun and helpful when placing our order. My sister and I came in late on a Sunday night and he was so nice and went out of his way to make our experience great! We even got free cookies! Highly recommend.

What an abomination of overpriced, grade school level, cafeteria food. This place is a shell of its former self from the 2002 era when it was actually good. The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact they would even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup had prepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn’t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation of this aborted concoction, the staff / cooks / inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is a better fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I’ll never, ever step foot back in here. Here’s a tip, hire good help, train them, manage them, and have some quality control. Good grief.
