Hidden BBQ gem, Ive had some of the best bbq across the country from Texas to the South. And this BBQ spot didn’t disappoint. It was super affordable, clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm. We walked in ordered got our food in a few minutes. While in the area I definitely recommend trying it out!

We got here when they are almost closing and they are only accepting takeout. When we had our food we just sat outside the restaurant and enjoyed our warm food.
We got a pulled pork sandwich which was for us lack some flavor but their bully bowl which was fries with brisket was really good. You should also taste all of their sauces, it’s blending well with their meat which actually saves the pulled pork sandwich.
The service was excellent, we are a bit tired so little disoriented especially we were hungry and the lady who assisted us was nice enough to walk us around the menu even though it’s right in front of us.

I had the Bully sandwich and the wings. Both were outstanding. The sandwich was loaded with sliced brisket and burnt ends. Both were moist and tender and full of flavor. The wings were also delicious. Best bbq I’ve had on the east coast so far.

Best bbq around! Like any other small bbq they are pretty proud of their food and the prices reflect how ever I really feel like it’s totally worth it here. The people are all super nice and it’s really clean inside.

Great local BBQ spot. Can’t go wrong with the pulled pork, bully sandwich or bowl, honorable mention are the smoked wings. Staff is mostly high school students but all are friendly and willing to explain menu items!

Everything was incredible! The food was to die for, the employees were very kind, and the general vibe was great. Next time we drive through town we will absolutely be stopping again!!!
We definitely ordered too much food for two people (Mac & Cheese Bully Bowl, Bully Sandwich, Pierogis, and 6-pc Wings), but we have leftovers for tomorrow! For what we paid, I’m very happy with the amount of food we got.

First time here, easy to order and the girl at the register was helpful and pleasant to talk with. Had the Bourbon BBQ Wings, they were meaty and excellent! Little side dish of Mac and Cheese which I enjoyed. I’ll be back again!

We tried this restaurant for the first time since we moved locally and wished we came sooner! My husband and I got a platter to share which came with wings, ribs, pulled pork and brisket (I think?). My favorite was the ribs and I enjoyed the smoked wings. It was falling of the bone tender and not too sweet. The pulled pork was tasty but a bit dry. We had sides cole slaw and Mac n cheese, and bread as well. We had enough for lunch the next day. Service was quick and friendly, the restaurant was not too busy but they did have a stream of customers. The restaurant had a lot of seating and it was very clean and easy street parking. We are definitely coming back!

Normally when I go to Road Hawg, I get The Bully sandwich. The onions and brisket on it are amazing. But today the specialty bowls caught my eye, do I decided to go with the Bully Bowl and it was delicious! I got mine on top of fries, and that with cheese made it terrific lunch. If you’re anywhere near Road Hawg, give it a try! (It looks like they have some great Super Bowl specials for 2022 too!)
