Trust me I know fried food isn’t good for you BUT! Sometimes I get that urge for crunchy fresh hot fried chicken and even though I had a wait the conversations just among the customers always makes my day! The wait is worth it because chicken is hot and fresh just what I craved with a hot pepper. Thanks Church’s crew!!!! I know it gets busy. Liked the special I received.

The service was terrible. My niece and Iwere waiting FOREVER just to order. We were ordering takeout. We never even got to order and try the food because my niece overheard someone say it was 35-45 minutes of a wait for a MOBILE ORDER. We didn’t have that kind of time to wait because we were headed back home to the East Coast side of Florida after going to Comicon in the Lakeland area. Should have known when she saw it was only a 3.5 star on Google while we were driving. We ended up at a Burger King further out, having to hop back on the highway again. Ridiculous. I would not even consider it a 3.5 star. The fried chickens were all piled up in the light, I heard the guy managing that say it was his first day. Not sure if he was joking or not. But, regardless, looked like those fried chickens could have been under the light a while! So, just as well we didn’t get food there!
It’s a real shame because I’ve heard this fast food place is overall good for Southern fast food. Guess I’ll never get to see if it’s true….

My husband and I went to this location to use our rewards free item with the purchase of any item. The lady that serviced me tonight was rude and nasty. She placed the smallest pieces of chicken that she could find to put in the box. This is what she felt i should have. I am truely unsatisfied with service and her rudeness. I would like a remake of my order as well as something for my inconvenience. She did not care about her job nor the business image.

WOW, first time ever eating at a Curch’s. The food was soooo good. Chicken was some of the Best fast food chicken anywhere.
I was going to give a 5 Star, but a problem, I ordered a 2 piece and 3 piece meal to go(no seating at this location). Opened my bag, had (2) 2 piece meals(but paid for a 3 piece). So, I was a little disappointed, but extremely happy with the food we got.
I will definitely go back, but will check my meals before leaving…

This place is kind of a hot mess. I ordered a 10pc chicken tender with sides and biscuits, and a chicken sandwich. On the positive side, they gave me an extra sandwich for some reason and the spicy sandwiches were really good. On the negative side, I’m completely sure they did not drain the tenders at all after taking them out of the fryer. By the time I got home, grease had completely soaked through the tender box and the bottom of the bag. The tenders themselves had an oily sheen and everything in the bag had a film of grease on it. Once I blotted the excess grease away with a ton of paper towels, the tenders were crispy and seasoned well, but their staff needs some training or something.

This is take out only. I searched for a Church’s near me in Florida. Eat at Church’s alot when we are in Virginia. Church’s is my absolute favorite for Fried Chicken. Wish they had a couple picnic tables outside to sit at.

Came here to pick up an Uber Eats order. The lobby had a fair amount of people. The staff there made it clear both visibly and verbally that they were annoyed about there being customers. The cashier shouted orders to the people waiting telling them to be ready to order because she wasn’t going to wait for them. This was after everyone waiting several minutes before she came up to the front, before this there was only the cook and food prep person. The staff was short and snippy and made unpleasant comments well within ear shot of customers. I’ve never had their food before and will be sure not to in the future.

Holy crap man!! 47 minutes for a 2 piece. There was plenty of chicken. Why are the employees so inefficient. Why are they so slow. Why are they hired if they can’t handle easy simple grade school tasks. This is too much and it’s been going for too long. They had brought on some lonely manager from Texas who had the communication skills of an owl, but at least he had the place running an itsy bitsy little bit smoother. By the way there were 4 of us on this side. This gags.

This place needs a remodel. Went to use the bathroom no toilet paper and it was nasty. Order called in we get there 35 minutes later and had to wait another 20 minutes. Who is running this place. What a joke. Luckily the food was delicious.
