I will let yall know I’m native to Louisiana so Cajun food is what I do. For starters, the atmosphere was great the photos, jerseys, and other decorations help you feel at home. Next, the Staff was amazing we were greeted at the door plus we were a large party of 9. The gator bites were amazing I wanted to order more but I didn’t want to overdo it but I highly recommend them. The rest of our meals everyone enjoyed. I will say this it wasn’t completely like home but it was good enough to remind me of some other the great food we love so much back home.

The Lost Cajun serves the best food in Pagosa Springs and probably the best Cajun food anywhere. The Voodoo Pasta is fantastic and we also enjoyed the Gumbo, Jambalaya and Poor boy. Wow! What an excellent meal. The staff was fast and friendly. Don’t forget to save room for the Beignets!!

Came here for my dad’s bday. We asked if they had one candle because we forgot ours at the hotel. They came out with candles in beignets. Love this! The lady was so nice and the food was amazing! So much food for the cost! Love it.

Fun atmosphere but disappointing food. The service was friendly and attentive, but the food was lacking a lot of flavor. The free sample gumbos were tasty, but the poboy and voodoo pasta were bland. The gumbo might be worth going back for if you are looking for a hot soup. However, I don’t plan to return even though the beignets were very redeeming after the entrees.

Such a small place seeves up some BIG flavors! The fish & shrimp platter, the fried oyster poboy w/onion rings and coleslaw were all amazing and delicious. Add a little extra swamp salt to everything (BAM!). I wanted to try their Jambalaya, but they were out of it. The beignets were delicious, but different than I had in NOLA. These were crispy, thin, airy puffs, not fluffy and doughy. I highly recommend this

Quaint and lovely! Very small town feel right on the main strip in down town Pagosa Springs. The staff was really nice and eager to help. The food was spot on! Lobster Bisque, Alligator PO Boy, and fried pickles.

Fun atmosphere, great food and service. They give you samples of all of their gumbos which all taste amazing. Even a fun little tradition where I found a baby in my piece of cake the waitress said it means we need to throw the next party lol

The food is delicious! We tried the gator bites, fried okra, seafood gumbo, chicken gumbo, crawfish etoufee, and the beignets. All were delicious! They seemed understaffed, but it was worth the wait!

There are lots of great restaurants in Pagosa Springs. This really isn’t one of them. I ordered red beans and rice. It arrived at the table as a lukewarm bowl of very watery beans with a tiny bit of white rice and a few pieces of sausage in it. On top of being cold, it was bland. My wife’s jambalaya was similarly disappointing. It was bland and nearly all rice, with just a little bit of meat to be found in the bowl. I’m pretty sure the chef here couldn’t find Louisiana on a map.
