First time here since they updated the inside. Over the last year, I have traveled around the United States. I have visited many updated McDonald’s, but this is one of the few I really like the way they did it, and they even kept the beverage bar. (Some of remodels I have seen, the beverage bar had been removed ). My wife ordered the McMuffin meal. Egg McMuffin was toasted just right. Seems to me that some breakfast meals are not the value they used to be. I took advantage of the value menu; there was a promotion on the sausage McMuffin; and I had the senior coffee. Much better value. I have to say, that the muffins were done perfectly.

Frequent visitor to this McDonalds. I’ve always had great friendly customer service, and the fries and burgers are always hot and fresh. I’ve left a positive review for this outlet in the past. BUT. On this date, the customer service on the drive-through was unfriendly. They just didn’t acknowledge you other than to take your order. No welcome, no thank you, no manners. When I picked up the food, I was just handing the drink and the bag, and the window was shut. No eye contact, no, have a nice day, or see you again. It’s a massive departure from what I’m used to from this outlet. The fries were tepid and floppy, and the burger was all over the place. As far as I remember, the meat and salad went between the bread. This is not an open sandwich. Awful. Management to blame for sub-standard training and quality control.

Whoever was manager on this date, you need to have a tighter grip on quality control. My $11 burger combo served at the drive-thru was basically thrown into the box. I shouldn’t need a spoon to eat a burger. And that piece of overcooked, undersized chicken is NOT good enough. Please see the attached images.

I’ve had some really good services here. It doesn’t matter what the employee’s mood is, they always look happy and greet customers great. This place is almost always clean and it is so HUGE!! And 2 lane drive thru is always great. Overall, fast service, well-maintained restaurant. This stores construction is over. They’re open now.

Every time I get food there the size of the large soda looks like a medium size. Large fries box is NEVER filled to the top, as if I had bought a medium size fries.

Awful disrespectful Manager, she told us 3 times that were closed, we got there at 9. Started eating at around 9:12, 9:14 she came to the table and said they were closing soon. No more soda fountain….. I said what….. We hurried to eat at 924 she came again and said we are closed but she was mad, i. said I know you close at 9:30 but please stop humiliating us. We will leave and not come back ….my daughter wanted a refill and the manager said noooo. Humiliating moment very disrespectful Manager, I come from Turlock Central valley and they have better values than here.

Stopped here on July 3rd. After placing an order using the mobile app, this store stated that the order did not go through despite me going back and forth through the app and showing them. Lady manager that was running for drive thru had no name tag and refused to give me her name. Completely rude to me and slam the door in my face. Called the McDonalds hotline and still no follow back from the location. None of my friends or family will ever come here again.
